champion did another great job! I was getting a furnace checked out for winter when Nathaniel found a pipe leaking. He not only got my furnace ready for winter but he fixed the leak. Great job champion!! read more

these guys way overcharged and left my new central air leaking ... leading to more problems down the road the guy tried to charge me for coming to finish the job I already paid 10 grand for. the owner did nothing to make it right read more

They showed up & diagnose The old furnace was unrepairable. Scheduled a replacement a few days later & they had a new furnace in the next week! very hard working conditions not a lot of standing room. They got it done. It works great!! read more

Tuesday while at work I received a phone call from my son,he had just got home from school, he said the basement was flooding and the toilet and bathtub had what looked like dirt bubbling out. I arrived home and saw the mess I spent a few hours that night and most of the next day cleaning up I then called the city and explained the situation they ran a test on the sewer and once again my basement flooded so I called champion services they came and did a line check and fixed the problem the guys were friendly,professional and fast definitely satisfied with the service. read more

Technician came out to see why the pilot light on my furnace kept going out. He got there and said the unit was putting out 3 time the amount of CO2 allowed by the gas company and he had to "red flag" aka shut done the unit. From the time I called to the time the unit was replaced was only 48 hours. After reading the reviews I guess I should have gotten a second opinion first. read more

Had them service furnaces at my church. when heat was turned on one did not work. Could never get anyone to call me back. Even stopped at the office at 4:45 pm to see if I could catch someone. Receptionist would not give me managers phone number, called sheriff on me and was quite ignorant and definitely not helpful. Would not recommend this bunch. Customer service leaves much to be desired. I'm 4'11" and 69 years old and a woman. I made no threats other than if I didn't hear from the manager I would be spreading the word. read more

What a joke, I have had two technicians visit my home and of coarse after paying the dispatch fee, neither did anything or put any effort to trouble shoot the issue with my steam boiler. Three weeks playing phone tag with this company and still I have a furnace that doesn't work. Save your $89 to have this company visit your home because this is all they will do. Horrible repair service. read more

i called champion services in Evanston Wyoming for a problem with my Furness. and after they gave me an un itemized estimate for draft induction fan of 1,200 dollars. and a 7,800-dollar estimate to replace my Furness due to some slight rust showing. so, I did some checking and found out a new fan cost less than 200. so, i had it shipped next day an installed it myself the repair took me less than 5 minuets. This company is nothing more than a rip-off place to save your money and call a different company. read more

We've had issues with our plumbing and our basement flooding, we called fireside in Evanston. They…read moretold us it was because we had roots in our pipes, they dug up our driveway and removed the roots and said we were good to go. A few days later we had ANOTHER flood, the plumber came by, had me flush toilets, run water, ect. And told me we were good to go. The next day we had yes, ANOTHER flood. The plumber came by and said we had build up, why did he not catch that the day before? He told us he removed it and we were good to go. A few days later, you guessed it, ANOTHER flood. We called again and he said he had to barrow a tool. Here we are a week later they won't answer our calls, they won't return our calls. The worst part is we paid five grand for them to tear up the drive way and get the roots out, they already cashed their check and took the money out of our bank account. The companies slogan is "guaranteed 100% right or 100% free", they obviously weren't right the first time. The people in the community count on you to take care of our plumbing. We can't use any water, we can't flush, we can't shower, we can't do laundry, we can't do dishes. Your branch in Evanston has completely let me and my parents down. We are very frustrated with the service, and the fact that it wasn't fixed the first time. We've been very patient, but we need water! Paying five grand for this service? That's my wedding budget! Ridiculous.

Today I had a yearly service check for my furnace and air conditioner. Bruce was fantastic! He explained everything he was doing and made a small adjustment on the furnace for which I had a concern. He also explained that my air conditioner was taking too long to start which I also had noticed. Thankfully he had the hard start device in his van and installed it in a very short time. I feel confident that I am prepared for the summer and the winter season ahead all thanks to Bruce! read more
