Rude staff, paying members having to wait in line 15+ minutes and eventually leaving because the line isn't moving. Said they would have two people washing wheels, but only have one so only one side of the car gets attention. Some of them do a good job, but some of them barely scrub the front and back windows before sending the car through. read more

The company kept double, triple charging my account and refused to refund, the employees are good but the company doesnt seem to care about the customers , I'll be spending my money somewhere else I heard there's a new car wash opening up this spring. read more

Very disappointed with the service today. I gave the guy a 3.00 off coupon and did not get that. Did not put my side mirror in so I had to do it myself. Did not dry my car off so had to go home and do that too. I have been doing business there for several years but after today I am not going back! read more

This car wash useto offer hand drying at the end but now they do not. Big disappointment.. That is the main reason we wnt here.. Growing up my brother worked here and loved his job now the high-school kids could really careless to please the customer.. me and my grandma came here so of the worker were rude and slow expect a big tall native guy, he was very kind and helping.

My 16yr old son went to an interview there today. He was rushed out the door at home because he was helping me after my surgery get lunch for his younger siblings. I drove him up to the interview, and dropped him off. He met the guy in charge. He was asked if he had a Drivers License. My son explained it was at home. The guy proceeded to then tell my son that he was dumber than a box of rocks 2x. I will not be bringing my family there to have anything done. Yes/ this is a momma post, but no one should be treated that way. We do not even use the word stupid in my home. We can curse, but not call someone stupid. After reading the other reviews, I'm not surprised. But it was a good learning moment for my son. read more

Let me begin by saying that my wife is a social worker, so she has lots of kids in and out of our van. It had been about a year since we'd had our van detailed. It was dirty, but not to the point of being the end of the world that the gentleman we dealt with made it seem. Have had decent car washes here before but not today. Got my vehicle and my wife's vehicle done at the same time, what a waste of money. The only thing they were concerned with was getting us in and out. For full service I expect the car to be dry, door jams wiped down and rims to be wiped down; otherwise it just throws water back up on the vehicle. They didn't do it and didn't seem to care. But i learned, won't be back here again, I'll drive to Ames. read more

Always a disappointment here. For the money, it's absolutely NOT worth it. $20 for the deluxe and another $9 to vacuum my sport utility. I would gladly pay it if they did a good job. For the "deluxe" service I would expect they would wipe the door jambs, dry the car completely, and give a quick wipe to the interior. The car always leaves wet which leaves streaks all over the car. I ignore the treatment. They are not very friendly, never say thank you (even with a tip), and rush you along but I would expect better service from a "full service" car wash. I would stick with the automated car washes around town. Most do a better job. $10 gets your car washed, waxed, and dried with that same quality. read more

I get it, no business wants the liability of damaging something old and probably hard to replace. However, I'm a little upset that Rainbow car wash wouldn't even hear us out when my brother and I pulled up in my grandfathers 1951 Plymouth. We didn't want anything fancy; just a light wash to make it sparkle for my grandfathers funeral. How disappointing. read more
