There is none in the city I live in , worst experience ever trying to get this account stopped had to pay a third-party $15 and still is not got stopped. I had rented a car and killed a whole swarm of insects. So I had to get it cleaned outside last minute. Around $14 for a basic drive-thru car wash and it got most of them off. There was still a stain on the front windshield but like I said most of them. You should never expect much from a simple drive-thru so it's fine. I can't speak for the rest of their services.. read more

Ingersoll location worst customer service ever I would not use this company if it was the last one on the planet!

Tried to go through the pleasant hill location, after turning down a membership from the blonde girl working the line, we were told our vehicle was too muddy to go through their new facilities and they recommended we go wash off our vehicle first and then come back. No thank you. We will go through the car wash down the street that removes a little mud for less. read more

I'm not the best in the world at keeping my car clean, but if I was I was be a regular here! They do a fab job, and it's a little pricey but if you want to have nice things sometimes you need to pay the price am I right! Staff was super nice and eager to help! I took my car to Mr Car Wash on Ingersoll this AM. MY CAR REALLY REALLY needed the inside&floor mats done. First time I went there since I stopped last fall. They did an excellent job. I absolutely love this location! Very easy to get to plus the employees are always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The fact that the vacuums are free with the purchase of a wash is unique and greatly appreciated. We like that even their cheapest wash still has the under car cleaners, which is perfect for the wintertime. It is one of my favorite car washes because there is an attendant that scrubs your car. I need an attendant because the back window is under a lip. The long drying time seals the deal for me! read more

Love that they have locations throughout Iowa. With my membership I can get my car cleaned in all sides of town. The premium membership is great, two times pays for the month. I can drive thru for outside wash or sit inside for a full wash. Very fast service and free coffee and popcorn while you wait!! read more

Just ran my car through their 8 AM on a Thursday morning he must've been too cold to spray it as I pulled in he just wave me through I guess I didn't need an attend it I could've pulled in without directions but usually they sprayed the car. read more

This Express Mister Car Wash is the best one I have been to in the Des Moines area, I wish it was a full service one. Bryan is always there and one of the nicest and most professional employees at any of the Des Moines area Mister Car Wash locations. They have a ton of free vacuums and can get cars through quickly, even if there is a long line. It is worth it to get the unlimited carwash club membership. read more

I normally get the basic 5 buck wash but seems when I DO want extra (underside, wheel shine and wax) for the 12 dollar amt, I have always only gotten what seems like the basic wash..You can tell since the soap coming out is only white (not the blue and pink mixture), and the device or light for tire shine and was NEVER light up..I would ONLY recommend getting the basic wash at this location since they seem to never have the extra soap loaded and or, the devices to wash your wheels and wax simply don't function.. read more

Unlike the other Mister Car Wash locations in town this location does not do a town dry and doesn't seem to offer interior cleaning. They do have very cheerful staff and powerful free vacuums. read more

I am new to the area and found this car wash. Signed up for the monthly membership $32.99/month. After sitting there waiting for them to activate the membership. Mario went and was helping other cars (7 cars went through) so I rolled down window and asked if he could finish with me before going helping all these other cars. I was told by Mario to "Chill out". By the time he got the manager over there not knowing how to activate this membership I already paid for 19 cars went through. I ended up backing out and leaving without an apology and my car wash. After 30 minutes on the phone with corporate to cancel membership and get a refund Damion without a single apology for my experience said he cancelled my membership and refunded $12.99, but was still going to charge me for the one wash I received. I said excuse me no wash was received my car is still dirty, for him to say oh you didn't get it washed? Umm no they couldn't figure it out. Thank for the apology for how I was treated and assuming I got a wash I didn't get. My frustration grew that I had to go through that for a refund and all he was concerned with was a partial refund, discounting the way I had been treated. His supervisor Ashley came on and said it looks like he cancelled and gave you a refund is there any other questions you have. This company clearly embraces poor customer service and also does not value each customer. It's about the bottom dollar! Go here if you don't mind being treated terribly and hope you never have to deal with their staff. Hopefully the system to cancel is automated because you'll get better service dealing with their computer than their employee heart beats! read more

OK it's a Car Wash, but this Mister Car Wash has something the others don't Free Vacuum's! Yep, pay for the wash, then take as looooong as you need to get all the dirt out. I just got my car washed in February with snow still on the ground cuz the inside was dirty. Otherwise, it's an Automatic tunnel. Washes star at $5 and go to $14 ( the $14 gets you a freebie in the next 4 days. read more
