This is a review specifically for the Service department…read more My appointment was early at 8:30am, and there were no other cars. Needless to say, they got me in right away for my 1st service. Yes, they tried to upsell me a few other things outside of my routine service, which was covered by their coupon. But they weren't too pushy after I told them I'd skip this time. They told me it'd take around an hour so I decided that I wanted to sit down and have breakfast. There was a diner in walking distance, but it was a cold day so I asked them if they could drive me a couple minutes to the diner, and they were more than accommodating, which was awesome. They even called me to pick me back up. After they checked me out, I asked if I could get a quick carwash--free car wash was included when I leased the car. They initially told me the wash was out of order, but then quickly checked to tell me that it was my lucky day; it had gotten back up. What I was happy about was the fact that the Service manager asked me to wait a few more minutes after the wash so they could dry off the car. I didn't get this service when I first swung by to get a wash here, but the manager wasn't there that day. It's the little stuff like this that makes a customer like me happy. All in all, the experience was good. I'll obviously be going back a couple more times for regular maintenance so I'll look forward to adding further review then.

Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.

She was always amazing throughout all of this. She was the one that called me. She was the one that told them. I did the right thing and called them an hour and a half after I put the deposit down and that I did the right thing and I should get my money back. So kudos to Jessica. If you're gonna go to the dealership go to Jessica she's amazing. Do not use this dealership. After I put a $500 non- refundable down. 2 hours later I had a very unfortunate circumstance happen where I couldn't do it. I'm a single mom and I work three jobs. I called them less than two hours after I put the money down asking if I could get my money back. And it's Christmas time and I'm a cancer survivor. None of that mattered they just keep your money. They don't care if you don't buy a car from them even though I told them I couldn't afford a car from them because of the circumstances that changed all they cared about was their money. come to Columbus and buy from, Germain Lexus of Easton or Dublin. It's worth the drive. They have much better customer service. The guy at the Toledo Lexus dealership told me the car sat on their lot for 85 days before I came in, then had the audacity to try to convince me that because of the hour and a half that the car was held for me, that I killed a sale. Are you kidding me! You can't sell a car for 85 days and you try to blame me? They certainly weren't going to sell it in another hour and a half if they can't sell it after 85 days. The fact that they tried to blame that on me is unreal. the The fact that they can't have a little bit of human decency for a person an hour and a half later,after they putting a deposit down to provide it back. It's just unreal. You can go to Germain Lexus Of Dublin and they will hold a car with for you with no deposit down. You can go to Germain Lexus of Easton and put a deposit down on a car for $500 and if something changes they will refund your money back. Not this group!
