I really did enjoy the fact that Dr. Schoenbeck didn't make me feel like I was crazy. She dissected all my symptoms and tried to help me. So why the 3star review?well, my appointment was at 10am. I was called back to the room at 10:08. There was a new hire that was asking me questions. I say about five minutes later Dr. Schoenbeck comes in we talk for a little bit and I then I am released to pay, I'm out of pocket, and get to the front dest at 10:35. The amount I am told to pay is for a 45 minute session, which to me is crazy because I wasn't even with the doctor 30 minutes. I explained the time I was called and the Doctor insisted I pay for a 45 minute appointment. I did not speak to the doctor face to face. Doctor was communicating with receptionist via email. I told the lady I will pay the amount the Doctor is asking for, but I will never come back here again. To charge me for a 45minute appointment when I was only there for maybe 27 minutes is wrong. No other test, no guestions asked about her 4 yr history of gut issues, and to come back and see him in 3 months. Did not look at her full panel of blood work she brought him. We quickly cancelled and he charged us $400 as a deal for the 45 minute appointment. We found someone willing to do some work and really look at all symptoms. she has Sebo. Be careful going to this practice if you have a chronic health issues.
