We waited for over a week before calling them back asking where the estimate was - it was only supposed to take few days. They indicated it wasn't ready and asked for a couple more days. We called back after another week and it still wasn't ready but was told it would be ready soon. It's now been more than two weeks later and still no estimate or no contact from them. I guess they don't want our business.
