She was very professional and punctual, I never felt pressured to go above my budget, nor to look at properties that didn't fit my specifications, my feedback was listened to and to the correct adjustments to further property searches were made based on this. Despite a lengthy search, only through my own exacting and constantly changing requirements, she remained patient and courteous. A luxury I have not had with other similar agents. Having used them, and having been guided by Alison, I would highly recommend to others and will certainly use again in my future property viewings.

They are friendly and trustworthy (I know this makes them rare in the estate agent field!) and they were a pleasure to deal with. No request was ever too difficult for them to respond to, they were prompt in their responses and most importantly, they kept in regular contact with me throughout the entire process. I cannot fault them in any way and would certainly return to them if I ever needed to in the future. I would give zero stars if possible. Rented a property through the Chiswick office and had nothing…read morebut issues during my one-year stay. - No communication from the Lettings Manager. Once I paid the deposit, service level dropped to zero. After much chasing, was informed the Lettings Manager was no longer with the company and no one would follow up on her actions as she 'overpromised' clients. No accountability. - Repairs took forever. Months of weekly calls and emails to no avail. Winkworth promised to get back to me after every contact, but never would. When questioned about it, they claimed to have no record of previous communications. When I was finally put in touch with the repair company they also said they'd been having communication issues with Winkworth for months and weren't able to confirm any jobs. In a nutshell, they only look out for themselves, despite managing the property on behalf of the landlord and probably charging extortionate management fees. My back door lock was broken for over a month and anyone could've climbed over the back fence and just walked through the back door. Stay away from Winkworth Chiswick. Don't be fooled by their corporate image and perceived professionalism like I was. Go with a smaller, friendlier agent, there's plenty on Chiswick High Road.

We made an offer that day, and Miriam guided us through the whole process, helping us with references, paperwork, and the whole process. Both Miriam and Richard are immensely kind and flexible with regard to our "just landed in London" condition. The whole process - in contrast with other agencies we worked with, who shall remain unnamed - was incredibly smooth. Everyone at Bracewells was friendly and responsive, and we were able to move into our new place in under a week. Highly recommended.
