I am complaining due to the 980.00 bill for lab work, and the 228.00 office visit. The Dr also ordered a Cologuard test for 665.00. No notices were posted at that time in the office to inform me of changes of my lab work being paid only by acceptable companies. A staff member informed me that the test had been approved via telephone with the insurance company. I did test only to find out today i get to completely pay the entire amount .It was done by the wrong lab office in order for my insurance to pay. One year later i still do not know results of test but MUST pay entire bill. Do not assume you will be promptly informed of changes by your insurance company policies. . Know your own!

( Not sure why they have such a big turnover rate). I've currently been trying to get my antibiotic prescription changed due to an allergic reaction and I have called 6 times now and 3 days later I am still waiting for Dr. Peters to take time to look at my chart and prescribe me something I can take. I understand they are busy but you don't feel like anyone cares that your infection is getting worse the longer you wait. When you are there they take care of you. If you need anything afterwards, you are a forgotten patient.
