We scheduled our appointment & meeting time. We live over two hours from Sarah, but chose to meet her in her area. We got to our planned meeting spot. No Sarah. An hour of calling & texting with no response, we left. Only to check our email on our way home, to see that she emailed us~ not called or texted the number given too her~ half an hour before our meeting time!!! Wth!!?? We were over an hour and a half into our drive down to her when she finally decided to email that she wouldn't be able to meet us!! And once I emailed her back you would think that she would offer her apologies & maybe a discounted future session, but nope~ we got nothing. Not even an I'm sorry or any response at all. What a waste of a day, time, gas & getting six people coordinated & hair done. Well, we looked damn good for a nice long, pointless car ride!

We used Palace Events for our wedding and were very happy with how everything turned out! Our…read morewedding reception was held in a machine shed, so we needed some elegant decor to dress it up. Palace Events provided drapery, lighting and a chandelier, which created the perfect setting! Courtney was the coordinator we worked with and she was polite and very organized. She also was proactive in seeing an issue with the lighting and fixed it before I had to mention anything. In addition, we used their Standard Photo Booth and were so glad we did! Sam was easy to work with and created the perfect photo design for our wedding! There were many options, including videos and GIFs--our guests had a blast with it! The flowers by the front door were almost dead, the trees needed to be trimmed, and there were weeds in the sidewalks everywhere. . Then we walked into the building and it just stunk with a smell of urine! The bathrooms were absolutely nasty!

Audra made the most beautiful bouquets for me and my bridesmaid for my September wedding. Before…read morethe wedding I was very scatterbrained and told Audra I knew what I wanted but not really (I know super helpful). I knew that I wanted dahlias and Audra really helped me create a vision and walked me through all the flowers and colors that would tie everything together. She was very responsive throughout the planning process. On my wedding day, I was truly delighted to see the flowers because they were better than my imagination. I also love the fact that the flowers came from her farm.
