Palace Events provided drapery, lighting and a chandelier, which created the perfect setting! Courtney was the coordinator we worked with and she was polite and very organized. She also was proactive in seeing an issue with the lighting and fixed it before I had to mention anything. In addition, we used their Standard Photo Booth and were so glad we did! Sam was easy to work with and created the perfect photo design for our wedding! There were many options, including videos and GIFs--our guests had a blast with it! The services that we had used from Elite: 1) I bought my wedding dress and veil through Elite Bridal and my mom bought her Mother of the Bride's dress- my mom and I had so much fun finding my dress there- they have COUNTLESS options for all budgets and styles! If you book an appointment in advance I know there is the option to have a VIP experience, I decided to save some money and just went with a regular visit in the afternoon, during the week, and still felt like a VIP!! All of the ladies at Elite Bridal were wonderful and very easy to work with! 2) We did limo through Elite Limos and originally booked the Escalade limo, for a decent price. However, the Escalade had an unfortunate incident with a deer the week before our wedding but Kaitlin & Ryan were very kind and offered to upgrade us for free to the Party Bus or Hummer Limo- we chose the party bus and it was fantastic! 3) We chose to have our DJ through Elite Entertainment and Jeff Blankenship wound up being our guy! We received so many compliments all night on how awesome the DJ and music was and how no one had ever seen so many people on the dance floor through the whole night! Everyone is talking about how much fun they had at our wedding and I think Jeff & Elite Entertainment had a lot to do with that!! Thank you!! 4) We also chose to do Chiavari Chairs through Elite Entertainment, and they were beautiful!! I received a lot of compliments on how pretty they were and really added to the ambiance in the room! 5) Stacy from Elite helped us order tuxes through Jim's Formalwear and all of the tuxes looked great on the guys and they said they were very easy to order. Many of them needed to order them from out of state or far away (more than half actually!) and they also said it was a very easy process. My husband actually needed a different size jacket and vest when he received his in the mail and when he called Jim's Formalwear to get the new size it came in the mail very quickly TWICE!! He received it in the mail in plenty of time for us to get married. All in all- we would choose Elite all over again for the quality of service that they provided. Every interaction that I had with them via e-mail, phone, or in person was equally as personable and helpful. I have heard that some people in the area don't go with Elite because it's too "pricey" but I disagree- if you choose them for multiple services then you end up getting discounts galore! We actually saved money by going with them for so many things AND received high quality and trustworthy services! We ended up having severe rain all day during our wedding and some things needed to be moved around last minute- my aunt who was acting as our day- of coordinator on my behalf said that Elite was very easy to work with and that between her, Kaitlin from Elite, and Caitlin from the Regent (our ceremony and reception location) everything was taken care of! I can't thank all of the Elite Entertainment & Bridal employees enough for everything! We had the best day ever and I know that was in huge part to all of you!!

We came in October and there were so many wonderful holiday items, including these pumpkin pillows the owner made herself. We chatted with the owner for a bit and she's even getting classes started for newbies, like me, to get the hang of this craft thing. As someone with a background in event planning, I have never left a venue feeling as disappointed…read moreas I did after working with The 905 Room. I would not book another event here or purchase flowers from this business again. The advertised rental is only 3 hours, and that time includes both setup and teardown. We hosted a 25-person baby shower, and three hours wasn't nearly enough time. We actually had to book two separate time slots just to have enough time to decorate, host the shower, clean up, and leave without feeling rushed. By the time you account for setup and teardown, the standard rental simply isn't practical for an event of this size. The venue is much smaller than it appears online. It's packed with furniture, making the space feel even tighter. You don't have to move the furniture yourself, but if you don't tour the venue beforehand, it's difficult to understand how much usable space there really is. I highly recommend seeing it in person before signing a contract. The "bar" is really just a peninsula with no running water. The only sink is in the bathroom. There is no kitchen or prep area, and the only refrigeration is a tiny mini fridge. If you're serving fresh food or drinks, you'll need to plan for that yourself. The floral policy was another major disappointment. The contract effectively makes them your only practical option for florals. It states that if you're "caught" bringing in outside flowers--including artificial flowers--you'll be charged a $200 fee. It's written as a penalty, not as an option. Their floral pricing was far beyond what I was comfortable paying. I was quoted $20 for a single bud vase with one flower, $100 for what they called a "bucket" of only 15 stems, and $30 for a bouquet of baby's breath. Even after paying the $200 fee, I still spent less by purchasing flowers elsewhere and arranging them myself. I also purchased the Petite Decor Package for $175, which included a balloon cluster and focal floral arrangement. I expected much more than what was provided. The floral arrangement was tiny, and the balloon display didn't resemble what I expected based on the package description. The biggest issue came after the event. A few days later, I received an email demanding $500--$200 for outside florals (which I anticipated), $200 for paint damage, and $100 for excessive cleaning. After I requested proof, they sent photos showing a handful of small paint marks on some tables and a chair. The activity involved washable watercolor paint and paint markers. What was most frustrating was that while we were still packing up, their staff had already started wiping down the tables and bar area. No one mentioned there was a problem or gave us the opportunity to clean the remaining spots ourselves. Had they simply pointed them out while we were still there, we would have gladly attempted to remove them. Instead, I received an email after the event demanding additional fees. I even offered to drive two hours back to the venue to try removing the marks before paying the charges. When I couldn't make the single time they offered, I arranged for local family members to go instead. Because they couldn't arrive before the venue's 5:00 p.m. closing time due to work, the venue refused to offer any flexibility, saying that "everyone has commitments." At that point, it became clear that working toward a resolution was not the priority. Throughout this process, communication felt cold and adversarial. Emails arrived without even a greeting or signature, and every interaction left me feeling like resolving the issue was less important than collecting additional fees. The baby shower itself turned out beautifully because of the effort my family and I put into it--not because of the venue. I've worked with many venues and understand that contracts and policies are necessary. What I don't expect is to leave feeling that customer service took a back seat to enforcing penalties and collecting additional fees. I cannot recommend this venue and would encourage anyone considering it to carefully compare it with other local options before signing a contract.
