Thirdly, I found his attitude even odder because Mitchell's Piano Gallery is NOT a high-end piano place with their focus being cheap overseas imports like Kawaii, Yamaha, Baldwin and Roland. I would save my time and go to Piedmont Music Center on Broad St who not only sells everything that's sold here (plus high end pianos like Steinways and Bosendorfers), but does so with a friendly attitude.
