I hung up tried to call back several times to only hear the same music I had listened to for over 20 minutes. My daughter gets off work at 4 o'clock. At this point, I am guessing I will still be on hold with this unprofessional company. DO NOT go through Starluck, I thought this was a locally owned business. There are several great florist in Ellis county. I was in a rush and accidentally picked this company. NEVER AGAIN!!! Whatever you do, do not us Starluck, it outsources to florist. The way this company handles their customers, I do not trust the orders are getting to florist in a timely manner. They charge the same prices if not more, so you are not saving money.
