This place is absolutely amazing! They really are open 24/7 and they have the best selection in town. They have brands I've never even heard of before! The staff are very attentive and kind, they know how to speak to and with you. They're human just like anyone else so if you get rude they will reciprocate the energy but in a professional matter. The shop staff informs you of other shops in town who have products they don't and will even recommend them to you. The shop has some of the best prices in town compared to all the other shops, as well as a very decent points system. I have been to the location so many times the staff recognizes me and my partner before we even walk through the doors! I highly recommend this shop and the staff. If anyone says the staff aren't great people, they're probably the ones being hateful for no reason. Today was my first time visiting Vape City and the customer service was absolutely stellar, super down to earth friendly staff, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I work nights so I was out of it but they gave me clarity on my purchase. I'm very fortunate to be neighbors with such a one stop shop.
