While I sat in the waiting room, a Office person came out and started to discuss my mother with her attendant I spoke up and said that she was not authorized to discuss my mother with her, she said by who's authority and I said if you checked the record you are aware that only my mothers children are permitted to discuss her with you, and you are violating my mother's HIIPA rights by discussing her with the attendant, then the Office worker said that I could not stay in the Office, so I went out and sat in the hall the attendant came with me. Today, I received a letter a letter from Dr. Gosai and Ghandi that I am not permitted in any of the Medical Facilities, because I violated their Office Procedure to protect themselves and others from COVID19. I called to speak with the Office Manager who refused to come to the phone, I let them know that this is a form of Harassment against me because I did not violate or infect their Office area, this is not the first time that their Office has spoken to individuals about my mother Health condition without her permission, that were not needed for making medical decisions that were necessary. This Office Staff is unprofessional and I am my mothers only child who is close enough to her to be her immediate contact, as a result of this if they ever have to communicate with me for her medical need it will not be possible.
