Yes, they will not give you a prescription with refills. Only by seeing them monthly. 5 minute phone call. No further therapeutic intervention. Taking advantage of the vulnerable patient population group. Complex cases require monitoring, in office one on one counseling, and I strongly suggest urine tests to verify no illicit drug. Given the repeated scheduling issues, I felt it was reasonable to confirm my appointment. All communication was handled via text message, and there did not appear to be dedicated office support for scheduling. Due to repeated disruptions, nearly three weeks passed without being seen. Because consistency and clear communication are important to me in healthcare, I chose to seek services elsewhere.
