I was so reluctant to choose this shop and will continue to give them my business. The shop was both clean and welcoming; I was thoroughly impressed with the service and quality of the haircut! Both Richard and Victor went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, continuously asked for my feedback, all while working efficiently. After my appointment I learned there is an app where you can book and earn rewards. There were positive vibes all around, engaging conversation...one of the barbers even recommended a local pizza shop that just opened in downtown bpt. *The Cut: Of course, every barber is different however, I have confidence that whoever's chair you're in you will leave satisfied. I asked for a tape up and small design with Victor and I am satisfied. To note, all the barbers seem to be skilled; they will ask what you're looking for and even details. I heard one barber ask a guy if he wanted a round or square back, Vic asked me if I wanted pointed side burns. He even helped me choose design ideas. I arrived at 4:29 PM, parked my car out front, and walked in the door at exactly 4:30 PM. The place appeared busy, but Lacy was still prepared for my arrival. I was able to hang my jacket, and immediately sit right down for my haircut. He had never cut my hair before, but apparently could see how I had previously had it done and only needed a little more information. He asked a few questions, and got right to work. His conversation was pleasant, and as was that of the other barbers in the shop, but more importantly, it didn't appear to get in the way of the haircut. The experience overall was positive. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with my cut, and I would highly recommend Lacy to anyone looking for a barber in Bridgeport. I am sure the other barbers there are also very good, since they have been in business in Bridgeport for many years.
