And prepared with everything she needed! I was working from home that day so she also asked me for a couple of things, but quickly mentioned that she had them out in her car too. She worked diligently for 5 hours!! I couldn't believe that my pantry was the same area. She did a terrific job. Cleaning, re-lining, reorganizing, etc. She checked in with a few times on some items so I could make a determination on them. she also sent me pictures of the items she threw away so I could purchase new ones!! The installer showed up about on time and had a good attitude, but there were several issues with cleanup, attention to detail, and minor damage (including debris left behind, a dented wall, and a blemished shelf). There was also a visible floor gap that could've been finished better. I had already done most of the prep work, so I expected a cleaner, more polished result--especially for something you see right when walking into the closet. I went in thinking there's no way I'm going to spend anything above a certain amount. However, once you see the possibilities it's hard to resist. They offer a discount if you schedule installation that day so it makes it even harder to resist. Once we committed the actual installation was a month later which worked out for me. The installation includes take down of current shelving system and same day installation of the new unit. We decided on adding shelves, racks and a drawer system in our design. Day of installation was smooth. Abdul installed my unit and was very efficient and answered all of my questions about the process. It took approximately 6 hours for complete installation. We are very happy with our unit and it has made a huge difference in how we organize our clothing. It also got me to declutter and organize my closet. Overall I am very happy with the product, process and the installation. The only real downside was, we had to paint a few sections where evidence of the old shelving was. I'm going to be honest and say that designing a closet is not inexpensive but was worth it to us and met our goal for our closet design.

They actually are so much more cheaper than the big name companies. Why because they do everything in house locally. Once we decided to go with them they came and did their own measurements/design and gave us an even better rate. We were defiantly sold. They matched everything Closet by Design offered all the way down to the type of cabinets you wanted. Karen, the designer, was happy to answer all my questions and make changes to our design throughout the process. On install day, they did arrive more towards the end of the designated arrival time but he got to work right away. He removed everything and even paint patched the removal areas, which would have not been Included with Closet by Design. Install took all day which is understandable but so so so worth it. I love it so much and I think it just adds so much more space to our closet.
