Their customer service is top notch and always available. My family has been their customer for approximately 7 years and I believe the reason we are so happy with their service is their desire to make sure we are pleased with every cleaning. The team came punctually with Goth and his team of five girls that were able to clean all the fans windows amazing job on the kitchen sparkly clean the oven as well as the walls, the sink and all the kitchen amenities. Mildew and more was removed, though not all the way initially, but they sent a second team with natalie and Holly to come the next day to ensure the job was done and completely. We ordered a deep cleaning from Peak Cleaning. All in all Garth and the crew did a good job. There was some confusion with the duration of time the cleaners would be here. We thought they would be here for around 4 hours however they were here for a little over 2 (because they brought an extra cleaner). They were detailed with cleaning out ceiling fans, fridge, stair railings, and bathroom/kitchen sinks/counters. They did not do as well with the blinds as we would've liked, and they accidentally missed some our our mirrors. What's good about Peak Cleaning is that they came back a couple days later free of charge to clean the blinds after learning about our discontent.
