This is NOT a gym or a meat market for people looking to look good or hook up. It is filled with patients who are injured or have diseases which require therapy who have a need for a professional therapist who have been professionally trained. I am one of the latter and have been going to sessions here for quite some time, and have had substantial improvement. I've read the reviews, including one from a woman who seemed to dislike everything about the place! I disagree with her opinion in every aspect. Every therapist who has worked with me has been well-trained and is thoroughly knowledgeable in the best therapy exercises and equipment to deal with my specific problem. They don't stand around chatting with each other, and if one therapist gets tied up with a patient another therapist comes over, knows who you are, and how to work with the piece of equipment you are working on. Each and every therapist, if they are not working with a patient, immedately works on keeping the place clean, neat, and disinected. I have noted that every time a patient finishes using a piece of equipment another therapist will come and wipe down the machine with a disinfectant. (This is between their duties washing, drying, and folding towels for the use of both patients and therapists.) Vern, who acts as an operating supervisor, know virtually all the patients and what they are working on, and will step in very quickly to assist a patient who needs further instruction. Chaparral maintains extensive records on each patient, not merely to be sure they are billed correctly, but that they are tracking a medical professional's diagnosis, and are keeping records of each patient's exercises on a given day, and how well they performed. The two ladies in the front office, Elissa and LeaAnn, are knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and unbelievably patient. All told Chaparral is a first class operation, is convenently located near a freeway offramp, and has more than ample free parking. You would do well, if you need physical therapy, to talk to them and visit them to consider their services. I believe you will be impressed. read more

I've always believed God accomplishes miracles by utilizing us as his conduit. Chaparral Physical Therapy is a perfect example of this analogy. Sixteen years ago my right knee was injured on the job and it was rather hastily repaired. I was actually informed it would continue to deteriorate over the years and I would ultimately need replacement surgery. At that time Chaparral was successful in assisting me to recover to the point I was able to continue carrying mail for thirteen years. Eventually however the condition of my knee did in fact degrade to the point I had to retire and receive a total knee replacement. To further complicated the matter it was necessary to postpone the surgery due to the pandemic. After enduring another year of pain and limited mobility I finally had the TKR and began the recovery process. Vern and his team at Chaparral once again personally worked with me on each and every exercise necessary to achieve a normal range of motion and cessation of pain in my knee. I consistently displayed improvement at the end of each session. I immediately discarded my cane and achieved movements I had not experienced in years. Perhaps the most crucial development in my recovery that was a welcomed game changer was the permanent cessation of opioids that were necessary to endure the constant pain on a daily basis for almost Sixteen years. Vern, along with Stephanie, John, and Luz are most proficient in their jobs and are experts in knowledge of the human anatomy and how injuries affect our bodies. Their concern for the well being of their patients is most compassionate, literally every item in the facility is constantly being disinfected. Tanaya maintains an environment that's free of any risk of viral transmission. The mask requirement is just another example of protecting the patients from infection, allowing their bodies to heal expeditiously. As I finish this review I would like to mention that Vern and his team are not only the epitome of professionalism, they remain modest and refuse to accept any praise for a job well done. Instead, they insist any success achieved is solely due to the work of the patient. Chaparral Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy that I've been to. Everyone that works there is professional and friendly. I went in with a shoulder problem and left with it much improved. I couldn't finish all of the treatments because I am moving out of the area. I just hope I will find physical therapy as good as Chaparral in my new location. Thank you! read more

I have had a total of 18 visits with this company and every visit was a great experience. The employees always treated me with dignity and respect. They really take a lot of pride in the care that they provide to each one of their patients by observing their progress on every visit and ensure that they are doing the exercises properly. Never will I go back to this place!!! Its poorly run and I felt like an animal being shuffled through a line so they can collect their dollars from my insurance company. I came in everyday and left without ever being talked to by any of the staff about my issues. Needless to say I went for PT and this was for my mid back, I went in there at 40% mobility and came out at 20%. I only was worked on 3 out of the 20 times I went in and now I have other areas of pain as a result of not being properly helped. Help yourself and DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME THERE!!!!
