My 1st impression was 5 nurses at their station when i came in and no doctors ( Tuesday 3pm) ?? Brother and i talk for bit then i decided he would get better care and pt in his home . After a brief can't go till we are going now get the paper work started conversation. More CYA . You should of seen the change in his mood after he was home . Great job i would of died in that place. Thanks for getting me back home now i can get better. No rating from me But no stars from him. I finally talked to someone at Calstro. They were very nice. The woman that I spoke to is a supervisor and she promised that I would get a shower tomorrow and gave me her phone number. Mental health patients should feel safe, not humiliated. I truly hope the hospital reviews how its staff treat people and starts providing proper training and accountability, because no one should have to experience what he went through.

Jaja (the care coordinator) delayed what should have been a routine urinalysis by twenty days. Her behavior was unprofessional, unpleasant and uncaring 100%. I asked for her supervisor Josie to call me which never happened. Today I finally got to speak with Ena, the Director of Medical Care only to be "redirected " to another home health agency. Again, 100% unprofessional behavior. If the director of medical care penalizes a patient for advocating for her well being and health, imagine how the rest of the staff behave. I asked to speak with Ulysses (the director of this agency) and I was not able to do so. I would never recommend this agency and if I could give them zero stars I would. But that's not an option.
