Had an emergency with my kitty who fell and knocked a few teeth loose. No one else would accept my kitty in the Tri-City area except this place. They took excellent care of my cat and me (emotional wreck seeing my cat bleeding from his mouth). Quick assessment and they took him back to fix him up. I showed up an hour or two later and they were all done with him. Almost a week has passed and he is back to all normal activities. Great veterinary care here! November 8, 2024 my sweet dog was attacked by my neighbor's dog, my poor baby's arm was shredded and almost torn off, veins, muscle & tissue were hanging from his body, I rushed him to Chaparral Clinic in Jourdanton. Dr. Trial who is a miracle worker performed surgery on Jake but let me know that he may have to amputate his leg. Tomorrow will be one month since the attack and my baby Jake is almost fully recovered. Dr. Trial saved my baby's leg & his life. The entire staff is so caring and kind. I saw Dr. Collins who was very personable and informative. She schooled me on scorpion stings and the next day I was stung! Had she not done this I would have freaked out. I'm a new pet owner so going in I was a bit overwhelmed. Puppy was squirming everywhere, I forgot his leash but everyone was so nice especially Rachel, which calmed me and the pup down.
