He was an adorable emcee, very enthusiastic and great with keeping us on track. He actually started earlier than we requested when the ceremony turned out to be shorter than expected. And once it was time to boogie, he kept the dance floor packed for four solid hours. He never went for the cliche, current pop sensation of the moment, he picked a lot of classics that had everyone on their feet. Look at their pictures, they look like they're having a great time! After we met with Ramsey at Colectivo, we were sold on using Milwaukee Airwaves. We could tell by his personality that he wasn't going to chicken dance us to death, or limbo us to the floor, but that Milwaukee Airwaves was going to pay attention to what we wanted and what would work for our guests. Seriously, we walked out the door singing all the "yes" that we could possibly sing. We used Milwaukee Airwaves for our ceremony and our reception. The entire planning process was seamless from when Ramsey matched us with our DJ (DJ Steve) to our FaceTime with Steve to go over any special requests or the day of, to walking out the door at the end of the night. They were set-up on time for our ceremony and reception, lit the room up beautifully, and totally felt the vibe of the night. What was awesome was that Steve and his assistant did not try to star in our wedding and Steve kept checking on us throughout the night to ask us if we were okay or if we needed anything, heck, he even brought us a pack of gum to chew after dinner. He was (and is) super chill and seems to truly enjoy his profession. We made a playlist and a list of "must hear" songs, which he used to do his thing. Brady was very attentive to us - bride & groom - when we requested songs as we were all having fun on the dance floor. There were small things we noticed throughout the event that left us a little disappointed. The PA microphone was a little soft so guests had a difficult time hearing announcements. Also we had made a special cut of our first dance song that seemed to get lost in the mix. Other than those details, everything was amazing! We also got a photo booth and it was loved by everyone! Providing a free meal 6 days of week to all who need it, and many other outreach services. It is accepting to all, and really embraces the good values a church should have. When he asked me to marry him, we knew right away Ms Rob's was going to be our first choice in catering the event. We went with a BBQ buffet. The food is cooked fresh on-site. We made a plan, confirmed the numbers and showed up to a great meal. Our time frame got delayed for a half an hour. Ms. Rob's was "on it" making adjustments to ensure amazing hot food for all of our guests. We fed about 110 people in a little over an hour and never ran out of anything or had to wait for anything.
