With one day's notice, Mr. Jones and his awesome staff beautifully prepared our loved ones body for our final goodbyes. Having been disappointed with the lack of organization and professionalism of another local funeral home, we took a leap of faith in choosing Jones. Thank God we did. To say that they were all genuinely sympathetic and patient with us during such a difficult time is an understatement. I live in GA and would probably be buried in IN upon my death, but I am so impressed with Jones that I am confident that any additional cost would be worthwhile to have Jones handle my final remains. In a world where good customer service barely has a pulse, I am so grateful when my expectations are exceeded. I highly recommend the services of this mortuary if and when it is needed.

They do a great job...for a reasonable price. I texted them a couple of pics of what I needed gone. We agreed on a price, and they came and got it. Great guys, and they did a fantastic job. And I've been trying to get the city of Texarkana, AR to do it for two years. But here's the steps dealing with the city: 1. You have to haul all your crap to the curb and call them. 2. Then some guy comes by in an air conditioned pickup to look at it. He is too lazy to get out of his truck. 3. Then he lets you know what it will cost. 4. Then you haul it all back to your yard. 5. Then you go down and pay the city. 6. Then they schedule a day for you take it back to the curb for them to pick it up. 7. Total hassle...and you have to move it three times. I messaged Moya's on Saturday, and they came to pick it all up today (Monday). I didn't have to move a thing...they got it all & cleaned it all up.

When I called, the lady that I spoke to was super nice. She took my information and said that they…read morecould get me today or tomorrow. She texted me later and said that they could get me in this afternoon and that I would get a call when they are on the way. I got the call and they arrived. My situation was a little tricky and they had to call someone else to bring another piece of equipment. He arrived shortly after the call and we still had issues. They were going to have to come back the next day and bring even more equipment, but after a one last ditch effort, and praying on my part, they were able to find the septic tank and get the issue resolved. They offered some much needed advice on how to keep the system working better. I highly recommend these men. They were very kind, hard working, diligent and very knowledgeable. You cannot go wrong with this company.
