In the midst of trying to get a date scheduled, she puts me on hold...for about 5-7 minutes to where she gets back on the phone and says their computer went down and can't schedule my mother in law because of downed computers. I said okay that's fine. When they come back up please just schedule my mother in law your first available appointment no matter when and I would get her there. She says okay no problem. I get no call back, so next day I call back to which I'm told they will not schedule my mother in law and my only option was to be sent to the office manager to know why?!?!? I'm not stupid.... The first call was her putting me on hold to call OPI to figure out what why it was so hard to schedule and I got black balled from scheduling with them.... How insanely unprofessional and actually illegal... HIPPA VIOLATION if I ever saw one... I wasn't even going to be the patient, I am my mother in law's caregiver so I schedule ALL her medical appointments...mind you with no problem! I filed a complaint with the Medical Board. Bunch of caddy, unprofessional people. Wouldn't trust them to do anything... don't go here! Ended up going 45 minutes in the opposite direction and was able to schedule her within 5 minutes with manners, respect and professionalism.

Summary: - HORRIBLE customer service…read more- Rude & deceptive employee - Mistake not rectified - Several weeks of time wasted My experience with this optometry office was exceptionally disheartening. When I went in for my eye exam on June 7th, things went well. Dr. Robinson was kind and thorough. I selected my frames and was told that I'd be notified when the glasses were ready. Things took a turn on June 18th. I went to the office after receiving a text that my glasses were in. The frames were the wrong color. The younger of the two women that work in the office attempted to fix the mistake by popping my prescription lenses into the display frame. I expressed that I didn't want the display frames that countless people have tried on. She was understanding and told me I needed to speak with the other woman who was on lunch. I returned later that day and expressed my concerns to the other employee. She told me my insurance wasn't going to remake the glasses. I reiterated my concerns and asked if there was any way to rectify the mistake. I was open to making calls myself in order to have the new pair of glasses that I ordered. The employee reluctantly took the glasses back and told me it'll take two weeks to redo. Two weeks pass on July 3rd & I haven't heard from them. So I call today on July 5th and I'm told by the older lady that my glasses are in. When I pick them up I can immediately tell that they are the exact same frames from the first time. The lenses are covered in finger prints from when the frames were switched and the frame had reside on the handle from where the display sticker was removed. I decided to choose my battles, take the display frames, and just order new glasses independently. I got a copy of my prescription and left. The prescription however was missing the pupillary distance needed to order new glasses. I called at 5pm to retrieve that information. I'm not sure which employee I spoke with but she had a terrible attitude. Her responses were short, she did not provide me with the missing information, told me she was too busy to explain why I couldn't get the information, then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. So if you want a doctor's office that has good customer service, conflict resolution, and takes accountability. This isn't the place for you.
