Today was my first visit at Dr. Kattuah's office, and I have to say that I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentists in my life! My appointment was right on schedule, no long waits like other dentists I have seen in the past. His office staff are warm and friendly and extremely professional. Dr. Kattuah knows his stuff, he is very gentle and exudes a calm confidence and he is extremely personable. He was wonderful with me, I didn't get the "up sell" for procedures, just a thorough and honest evaluation of my mouth. It also didn't hurt that they have 2 adorable dogs in the office to love on while waiting. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who may be looking for an honest and proficient dentist in the Marysville area. read more

My 5 year old had a filling (or 2) done recently by Dr. Charles and team. They did such and amazing job, there were no tears and she walked away with a positive experience (as one can have with fillings!). It's great feeling to know you can trust them with taking care of the whole family. read more

Dr Kattuah and his wonderful staff have provided my dental care fir about 5 years. Im 70 years old and have lost several teeth. Implants are VERY EXPENSIVE. They cost between 4 and 8 thousand dollars each. I really need 4 teeth. Dr. Kattuah and I worked out a plan to use a bridge and two implants over a period of three years to make it possible for me to chew and keep me out OC debt. I have been to at least 8 different dentists in my life but this guy really cares about his patients not just maximizing his profits. This is a wonderful guy and an excellent dentist. His staff is superb, Nicole is the hygienist and Kathy is the office manager. read more

The team at Dr. Kattuah's office is awesome. They get you in quickly when you call, and are very good at sending appointment reminders. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Staff is friendly. But the dentist doesn't seem to care about pain management for the patient. Had a problem with a tooth he filled and he told me to call if I did. I told him I had been taking ibuprofen for it and had the nurse tell me sorry there's nothing he could do, that I'm just being a baby. Turns out, I went to another dentist and she said he shouldn't have even done a filling, it should have been pulled, which is why there was so much pain. read more

My wife and I have been patients of Dr Kattuah's for 8 years. He is a great Dentist and his team is wonderful. My wife can be a nervous patient and they always make her feel comfortable. We enjoy the office so much we still go there even though we moved an hour away! If you are looking for a great dentist you can't do any better than Dr Kattuah. read more

Dr. Kattuah graduated from the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry in 1998 and completed Pacific's Advanced Clinical Experience Residency in 1999. Dr. Kattuah moved to the area in 2002 and purchased an existing dental practice in Marysville, CA. Dr. Kattuah enjoys snow boarding, wake boarding, golf, and motorcycle riding in his spare time.

I'd gone to two other dentists over a period of 4 months trying to get a referral to a specialist. One kept promising a referral, but never furnished it to me after weeks of waiting and calling back only to be given the same promise without fulfillment and another who insisted I allow him to do an expensive laser treatment on my gums that I could not afford, which meant I again had to put off getting a deep cleaning. Meanwhile, the condition just continued to worsen. Dr Garcia immediately recognized that I needed to be seen by an expert and I got a referral the same day I went in. He was highly respectful of the stress I've been under and extremely gentle. In fact, because I like to have my gums stimulated, I almost asked him to go at the exam a little harder! I look forward to his being my regular dentist for many years to come. I was highly satisfied with the disposition of his entire staff. His EF also filled the tooth but not the chip part. Tooth still sensitive. Took him 6 months to say he would fix it and then he wanted to remove the white filling to add more. Totally unnecessary. I will go somewhere else to have tooth filled. This dentist has no integrity and he lets his inexperienced EF do more than she should.

This entire chain is extremely unorganized and they don't communicate necessary information before you arrive. I drove over 3 hours to this location for a root canal, because I really like the endodontist and I felt like she did a really good job on my previous root canals. For this visit, it was supposed to be covered by medi-cal. I went to check in after driving for 3 hours, and they told me that they couldn't see me unless I made a $1300 payment on my previous balance. But when I called the office a month prior to set up a payment arrangement that worked for me (I was able to pay $200 a month, not $400 a month), the rep I spoke to was trying to pressure me to pay off the entire $5,000 balance - which I could not do. He was pressuring me so much that I felt like I was being interrogated by a detective, so I hung up on him. Before driving 3 hours for this appointment, I spoke to the staff on 3 separate occasions to confirm the appointment and not once did they say that I'd have to pay $1300 to be seen (even though Medi-cal authorized to pay for this treatment.) I won't be coming back here.

I hadn't been to a dentist in about 5 years, and I was long overdue for a cleaning and a check up. Being somewhat new to the area from San Francisco, I did some research and decided to call several dentists. When I called Dr Kattuah's office, his receptionist was extremely pleasant and upbeat and very personable. This is the office for me, I thought, going off first impressions. I decided to choose him as my dentist and made my appointment. Once at the office, I didn't have to wait for my appointment, unlike other dentists in my past, I was called back to his chair right on schedule. First impressions of the practice was clean, professional and extremely friendly - a family vibe so to speak. I had a lot of work done at this office over this summer, and I have to say that each appointment was on time, no lengthy waits. Both Dr Kattuah and his assistant were always professional, thorough and personable. My procedures were painless, and I had a ton of stuff done. Dr Kattuah was available to me even in off hours, via text, something which I greatly appreciated. There are also two adorable, well behaved dogs at his office - always a nice touch. If you are in need of a family dentist, I cannot recommend Dr Kattuahs practice enough. I feel very fortunate to have him as my dentist. read more

Stepping through the door into Dr. Kattuah's office you immediately feel at home. Behind the desk a bright smile welcomes you from Cathy over by the phone. A welcoming wagging tail lets you know she's not back there alone. After a short wait Shelley ushers you to the X-ray room with a good conversation to set the tone. Dr. Kattuah enters with kindness and professionalism as he goes over the condition of your teeth and the structure of your bones. From there it's off to a cleaning by Nicole who for her gentle touch is well known. So, if you're in the Yuba Sutter area in need of an excellent dentist it's not far you need to roam. Our family has seen Dr. Kattuah for many years from myself, husband, father, sons, daughter in law, grandkids, and now friends too. Our family loves the friendly staff and their knowledgeable honest doctor. The Doctor and hygienists care is outstanding. We can always trust Dr. Kattuah's recommendations. He won't sell you dental work you don't need just to upsell and pad his pockets. The most down to earth people you will ever meet. Kathy can't leave her out! She's so kind and will always answer any questions, return calls, and fit you in the schedule as soon as they have an opening. For those that are tech savvy its easy to keep track of appointments because they do text and email reminders too! I love Dr. Kattuah's office. My prior dentist had fit me for a denture that didn't fit well and gave me large teeth, a lot of exposed gum and made me feel buck-toothed. My original teeth looked nothing like that, yet was told this was the best that could be done. Dr. Kattuah listened when I said I hated my smile. He worked with me and ultimately I received a new denture that gave me back my smile. I truly appreciate that he listened. Best dentist I have even been to in my life. I have always hated dentists so much but this place is totally different they care and are so nice, also they explain everything so clearly if you don't understand the process to get your teeth in the best shape for you. Waiting room is nice and clean and fast I'm in the back room within 10 minutes everytime. Desk lady is super sweet and on top of contacting everyone for reminders and awesome for rescheduling. When having your teeth worked on they take there time so not much pain at all. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

After not going to a dentist in over 5 years due to a bad previous experience with a different dentist I was extremely nervous to get any dental work done. I have terrible teeth, braces 4 times, receding gums, dry mouth from medications, broken roots, dozens of root canals, 2 implants and more cavities than I can count. I started seeing Dr. Kattuah about 4 years ago and since then my teeth have stabilized. Now I only average 0-2 cavities per year. Changed my life. However, I was a bit disappointed when I tried to get an implant and after enduring the pain and suffering, I was told we needed to go to an alternate solution. I know the doctor was disappointed as well but I believe he tried his best.
