This positive balance disappeared one day, with no notifications, no record of any kind in the transaction history, nothing. I checked my balance one day in March and saw that I had a 0.00 balance -- my money was just gone. I met with Justine in April. She was very nice and promised to pass the issue to their main office. Apparently there's a policy where positive balances get dispersed to the customer after a certain period of time. A notification about that would've been nice. Justine assured me I'd receive the check soon, and we even made sure the address on file was correct. Weeks went by, and nothing. In June I met with (I think Jason?). He called the main office for me and assured me I'd receive a check soon for the missing balance. Weeks went by, and nothing. In July I got a call from Michelle, who assured me the check was on the way. We called back and forth a few times. Weeks and months went by, and still no check. Now it's September (almost October!). Does it take over 6 months to send a check? I ended up closing my account because Bank of America stole money from me, and everyone who tried to help was unable to solve the issue.
