I've been happy with M & T Bank but more to the point, I've been happy with the staff at this particular branch. The people here are very friendly, always greeting me with a smile when I come in. They are always pleasant. I opened my account at another branch but over the last year or so, because of work, have found myself nearer to this location most days. I have enjoyed getting to know the staff here. These are some really good people and they are what makes a bank something worth posting a five-star review for.

When I needed my car loans they were very easy to deal with and I walked-away with my car financed in a 1/2-hour. When I moved to Washington, DC and then to Nevada I continued to use Talbot Bank via bank by mail. I was a bit apprehensive when Talbot Bank merged with Shore United. But the staff remains the same, and though some faces have changed over the years, they've been a truly wonderful community bank. A year ago I had to set-up a trust account and later an estate account. Pam was so helpful and supportive throughout that difficult time. It's 2024 and they still greet me by my name. I love that feeling of community and customer service. The Marlboro Road branch is (still) exactly what a community bank should be. Good to know that in this age where everything is electronic and automated, there are still professionals who believe in customer service.

After BofA Fraud failed me upon 3 checks fraudulently submitted for payment how to freeze and unfreeze my checking & savings acct were properly/accurately explained by a season Teller. Confrontational & disrespectful to a 29 year BofA Customer. Good luck with her Oral Hygiene as well. Dreadful. My acct now? One of only convenience. I've withdrawn at least a quarter of a Million Dollars at this BofA. Since 1978 never an issue.
