Based on my home cameras, I knew this to be a lie. I hired an independent certified arborist who immediately advised the tree was a safety hazard to anyone living near it. Had I accepted their lie, I would have continued to let my children play under the tree and who knows what could have happened. Their willful negligence and dishonesty is unacceptable for anyone claiming to be a professional.
