These questions ranged from do you have free checking, business checking, credit cards and what are your hours. Chase Bank was the only bank that I visited that had Saturday hours and also was open till 6 which really helped since if you're working and you need to go to the bank and you don't get off till 5 and your bank is closed it doesn't do you any good. I also like that I go into the lobby and I'm greeted with smiles. Their customer service is outstanding and they're very knowledgeable. I would definitely highly recommend Chase Bank.

On my member page it said refinance current auto loans. So I filled out the application and got approved at a better rate. My credit got hit. Then I get a message that, sorry we do not refinance current auto loans. So after complaining, my take away is that they will refinance other bank auto loans for new customers, but for their members it's a big F you. Take your business somewhere else. So, they rather lose long time members. Caution.....they don't care about their members. I will be looking for a new bank to do business with. They don't deserve a 1 star.

Requested a payoff quote for my loan, sent my payment 7 calendar days before the payoff quote…read moreexpired, Suncoast claims they didn't receive my payment until AFTER the expiration of the quote, so I was charged interest on my loan that I then needed to pay off that was under $15. instead of taking care of a customer of 6 years that never missed a payment, and wiping clear the interest charge, they wanted me to submit another payment for the interest, including a payment fee AND include payment for any interest that would accumulate from the time the payment was sent to the time the payment was received. That's taking advantage of a client and I'm not interested in doing business with Suncoast again.

Been with wells fargo a very long time mostly for convenience. They keep letting my account over…read moredraft and then charge me $35 fee. When it should just decline if the money isn't there. A $12 PMT goes thru and I'll be charged $35. 2024 had over $700 in over draft fees....I work too hard to have my money taken like that, especially when we have a lot of money being direct deposited weekly into your bank, the money is guaranteed to be there in a couple days to cover anything that overdrew account even tho it should have just declined. Wonder if my lawyer could get my money back from the fees?
