She called my husband and I over to her desk and we told her we wanted to close my accounts there. She was horribly rude, telling me there was nothing she could do, that if I just withdrew all of my money that was good enough. I told her that I had a minimum on one of my accounts and that if it went below a certain amount I would get charged and we told her that if she could not or was not willing to officially close our accounts we would need to speak to a manager. She got up to get a manager and we heard them speaking loudly about us a few feet away - saying that there was nothing they could do and that we were unreasonable to want the accounts "officially closed". The manager (Donna - although we only found this out later because we asked - she never formally introduced herself) came storming over and went into a rant telling us there was nothing they could do and to just stand in line to take the money out of our accounts. I expressed the same concern about the account minimum and she said not to worry about it and walked away. Linda then handed me withdraw forms and told us to stand in line. My husband asked if she could at least withdraw the money for us and she said no. Today, 11/26 we called the customer service number on the website and were told that simply taking out all of the money from the account does not close it and that we DO have a minimum on the account and that we would have been charged $15 next month for going below it. They checked the notes on our account and said that there were no notes anywhere in the system saying that the accounts were scheduled to be closed. I can not believe that a branch would be that irresponsible and rude to their customers.

Try to call and ask a representative that barely speaks English and is clearly reading from a book on what to say and has no idea about banking in the US. All they can do is say "sorry, I will look into that" and each time you call and ask the same question you get a different answer.
