Piedmont bank recently merged with westside bank, and I went to this location to make a deposit since they are closer to my home. I wasn't greeted when, I first walked in, and as I was filling out my deposit slip. The banker Kelly McMillan asked me " what am I doing on this side of town"? I had already told her that I was with westside bank, and she never once welcomed me, thanked me for coming to their branch location, or nothing. She looked at me as if I shouldn't have even been banking there and her question was intrusive ass hell. For a employee to ask why a customer is even at their branch clearly show a lack of professionalism, and discrimination especially being that I'm African American. Then the employee Lauren Poole jumped in the conversation stating she felt offended behind me stating that, I felt like they where discriminating towards me. I was the only African American in the bank, and they both where looking down upon me as if, I didn't belong there. Even after, I asked for a manager they where still arguing with me regarding me complaining about their behavior. The manager kept telling them to stop arguing with me, and they both continued to argue. Just unprofessional, ill mannered, and disrespectful. They have horrible customer, and obviously take pride in mistreating customers. I've never had to experience anything like this at a bank, and I will never patronize this location again.

No one there at first but then the customers started to pile in so by the time I filled out my withdrawal slip, there was a line! There were 2 tellers in the front and both were friendly, polite and efficient. I was in and out in less than 5 min after getting to the front of the line. Plenty of parking here and they offer pretty much everything that you would expect to get at a Chase bank.

My roof was the same age and the neighbors on either side of me. Each of them had different insurance companies and they both got new roofs!! Edwin the Doorkeeper was friendly, attentive & welcoming as he navigated the long line of customers. As a whole, the customer service is quick (once inside) & efficient across the board. They have complimentary Hand Sanitizer & Facemasks on deck.
