I did my taxes on Turbo Tax, wasn't thrilled with my expected return. Called Andrea and asked was there any benefit to using a professional tax preparer if I had pretty a pretty standard filing/deductions. SHE WAS HONEST and said that she couldn't see there being much difference in what Turbo Tax calculated and what she would. That sealed the deal for me. She was willing to potentially lose the opportunity to gain a new client just to be honest. That earned her fee to me (which wasn't much more than Turbo Tax). I went with Andrea and got my biggest return EVER! I was doing my taxes ALL wrong. I would recommend Andrea to anyone who is looking for professional tax preparation (and have already).
