Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two front staff members and were told to get comfortable in the lobby/reception area upon checking in. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree, looked really clean and organized, and even had some treats on the coffee table, plus a small fridge mounted against the wall that contained complimentary water bottles. After filling out a couple of questionnaire forms (being first-timers), we did wait a good 15-20 minutes before one of us was seen. Unfortunately, both of us were being seen for the same service (diamond facial) and we couldn't be seen simultaneously. I had to wait until my friend was done, and then I was called in, to also be seen and serviced by the same gal. I guess either she's the only one qualified to do the service, or they were understaffed that day. So my waiting time was 20 minutes (lobby) with my friend and another 45-50 minutes of her being serviced. So in total, I had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I ever got seen and taken back to the room, to get a diamond facial. The gal who did my diamond facial was very pleasant to work with. She explained the procedure very well and was a relaxing experience. The table you lay on was preheated and had warm blankets on it already. It was a great first-time experience!

I've never had to have photos taken before even talking to the doctor. I could've showed him everything by lifting my shirt up. I regret not saying no and just leaving. I'll forever cringe and shrivel when I have flashbacks of the humiliation. Pics should only be taken if you are actually having surgery. From…read morea young age, I could never breathe solely through my nose, so I would pick at it until I had a perforation in my septum. Yes, I picked a hole in my nose... I know.... embarrassing....I had gone to see a highly rated ENT group in Seattle to try to fix what I thought was a deviated septum it and they determined they could not work on it, to which I was very frustrated at the time. At this point, I am glad they couldn't. I went to Dr. Fairbanks and he offers a different approach from any surgeon I have worked with. A thorough evaluation and explanation of the considered procedure, to where he even drew the anatomy of my nose to help my better visualize the procedure. (Apparently he does this for many of patients since his background is in artistic sculpting). Apparently one of my nostrils did not have any airflow to the turbinates (think air filters inside your nose that also protect against bacteria and infection) so he diagnosed that by operating and opening up my nostril to my turbinate, shaving them down rather than removing them (which is what many ENT's recommend), that it would dramatically increase airflow. It did! I have never been able to breath so clearly in my life and he also re-enforced my nose to protect against collapse from where I had picked as a kid. It is the first time I have ever been able to SOLELY breath through my nose! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WORLD CLASS IN SLC!

Upon returning home, I realized he had put the wrong size implant in. I called him and told him about his error, stating that it seemed like Plastic Surgery 101 since he had a visual of the implants he was removing versus putting in, and that he should have realized his error during surgery. He simply said "I guess I owe you a new pair of boobs", which I then had to have replaced the next week. Very cavalier about his mistake. He also claimed that during the second surgery he had performed interior work to improve the pockets, which recently became obvious that it was untrue. He also did not tell me that my recalled implants were available for a credit towards new implants, so I never received that $2000 credit. I recently had them repaired by a much more qualified doctor who said that there had never been any work done to the interior pockets. He lied! Avoid this doctor at all costs...literally and figuratively.

Dr. Fryer removed, repaired and did a revision I never thought possible. I did not expect perfection, but I got it! Dr. Fryer was able to bring my breast back to beautiful.
