However the reason for this one star review is while I went there to seek help for my pill addiction, Dr. Riddle (who just so happens to be an ear nose & throat doctor) convinced me I needed urgent sinus surgery (my second day of detox) and then proceeded to botch the procedure leaving me with a dropped flatter bridge (he filed it down making it appear wider) and wide nostrils I never had before (from the drop created by filling pivotal pieces of my bridge. I think it is extremely morally questionable to not only refer yourself to a patient staying at your rehab that came to you for help, but to also to go and botch them to line your pockets twice over (rehab fees + septoplasty) Dr. Riddle was so focused on making ten thousand off my insurance company and making sure I stayed that he put me on OxyContin for two weeks while I was nodding off around the other patients there to get off the same drugs. My breathing is not better, my nose now appears two times it's previous size and Mr. Riddle has not returned any of my calls. I am now having to see a doctor in Beverly Hills that is going to cost well over $12k to fix what he did and rebuild my bridge that Dr. Riddle destroyed. Also when I started to call the office and let them know I wanted to speak with the Dr, he unfriended me and blocked me on Facebook.

I have had several cosmetics procedures in the past and this was not it. I would definitely not recommend going here for Facetite l, they were suppose to tighten the skin while melting the fat to sculpt the area, it didnt tighten the area and the nurse wasn't able to sculpt and give definition. It was a rushed experience. Go to body point, now I have to pay to get it redone, this time I will go to a surgeon. Facetite is performed by nurses at the Rose Clinic. It took me 2 years to write this review, after speaking with other clinics, I came to a realization I chose the wrong clinic.

BUT this review is for the service, ambiance, and customer service in the clinic. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two front staff members and were told to get comfortable in the lobby/reception area upon checking in. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree, looked really clean and organized, and even had some treats on the coffee table, plus a small fridge mounted against the wall that contained complimentary water bottles. After filling out a couple of questionnaire forms (being first-timers), we did wait a good 15-20 minutes before one of us was seen. Unfortunately, both of us were being seen for the same service (diamond facial) and we couldn't be seen simultaneously. I had to wait until my friend was done, and then I was called in, to also be seen and serviced by the same gal. I guess either she's the only one qualified to do the service, or they were understaffed that day. So my waiting time was 20 minutes (lobby) with my friend and another 45-50 minutes of her being serviced. So in total, I had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I ever got seen and taken back to the room, to get a diamond facial. The gal who did my diamond facial was very pleasant to work with. She explained the procedure very well and was a relaxing experience. The table you lay on was preheated and had warm blankets on it already. It was a great first-time experience!

Deeply Disappointed with My Experience and Results…read more I was recommended by my neurologist for a breast reduction to help with ongoing spinal issues. Unfortunately, I chose Dr. Bishop and my experience with Dr. Bishop was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After my initial surgery, I had to undergo multiple in-office follow-up procedures because of complications. One of my breasts developed necrosis, and I came very close to losing the entire nipple area. I was required to come in weekly for wound checks, skin removals, and throughout that time, I felt very little compassion or genuine concern from Dr. Bishop. It took over 4 months for the necrosis to heal properly requiring multiple daily wound cleaning and changes. Additionally, the tape placement during surgery was placed on me crooked, wrinkled, and bulky, which resulted in large, jagged thick scars. The overall outcome was far from what I had hoped for or what I was led to expect. While I understand that every surgery carries risks, I do not feel that my case was handled with the care or attention it deserved. Dr. Bishop did a sloppy job. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery with this provider to seek a second opinion before proceeding.

The few thousands he pocketed for this tragedy has cost me over 50,000 dollars and my health.
