All I wanted was clarification....she was telling me that the part was outside when it was definitely on the inside of my window. They were too busy to even send someone out to look or call. They also damage my house by letting a window fall inside my house when they were changing it left all kinds of broken glass and my flower bed and also damage some of my furniture next to my window when I called them about it same thing he made excuses, even though they knew they did it they tried to hide it. I called the owner and told him about it and he did nothing but excuses kept asking me over and over again he didn't know what I was talking about and I told him I could send him pictures and he said no he didn't wanna make it right but we needed more windows. We had already discussed it on the first window order, so I told him that we could take the damage that he did to my house off of the next window order and he told me he would get the windows ordered and he never did and I never heard from him. This is a very untrustworthy company do not use them. You will only regret it. I'm not sure why quality is checked. I'm trying to unchecked it quality there was no quality whatsoever. The window installers actually show up in shorts. Kind of gives you an idea of the professionalism.

When I returned to pick it up he waited until after I payed to show me my car and the damage done. It was a new windshield but he had glued the roof molding on around it. It looks horrible. He should have replaced the molding around it with new but instead he just rigged it. He wouldn't fix it. He was wanting to charge me more to fix his mistake that he wouldn't admit to. Blamed it on my car for being 10 years old.

We have done business with Custom Glass over the past two years. When they did get it and we asked for an installation Date, which I was told by the receptionist answering the phone , they were doing the big homes at Bonham Lake and they would let me know when they have time to squeeze me in. This is a job I had already paid for that needed replacing. My husband spoke with the rude receptionist and said if you can't give me a time when you can install then we need to cancel this and find a company that can because our windows need to be resealed. I attempted to reach out on other windows that have now failed and was told they will no longer do business with us because we fired them and they tossed $800 of glass in the dumpster. Why would they do that? Why not call us and set up a time to use that glass that we needed. This story of us "firing them on the job" is completely inaccurate. They could not commit to coming out to my home because they were too busy and would let me know at their convenience when they could come that is the most unprofessional way of doing business I have ever heard of. I asked to speak with the owner, who apparently said they would not do business with us and was told by the receptionist this conversation is over and hung up on me. If you choose to do business with this company just be informed they do not stand by their work and will find a reason to not come out to your home and fix any job they have done. I am in Real Estate and know plenty of clients always looking for repair/ install companies for home projects. Rest assured I would never entrust this company with a client of mine. I guess our expectations of customer service are much higher than this local town business can handle.
