I called the owner and told him about it and he did nothing but excuses kept asking me over and over again he didn't know what I was talking about and I told him I could send him pictures and he said no he didn't wanna make it right but we needed more windows. We had already discussed it on the first window order, so I told him that we could take the damage that he did to my house off of the next window order and he told me he would get the windows ordered and he never did and I never heard from him. This is a very untrustworthy company do not use them. You will only regret it. I'm not sure why quality is checked. I'm trying to unchecked it quality there was no quality whatsoever.
