The store owner could not have been kinder or more accommodating. My watch had a complicated band that required additional effort to resize and he not only offered to figure it out free of charge, but made multiple calls and ended up meeting me back at the store during off-hours to return my watch to me (I was cutting it close as far as making it to the rehearsal dinner when I stopped in.) I have no doubt that anyone who seeks to purchase jewelry from A Diamond in Time (I believe their specialty is custom diamond rings) will encounter AMAZING, above-and-beyond service and an excellent product.
