I lived on the first floor for half my time here and then upgraded to a space with a garage, each of these layouts had their own sort of pros about them. Personally I preferred the garage space on the second floor, the layout was super functional especially when having guests over for easier access to the bathroom space. But the first floor was great because of wood floors throughout the living area. The amenities Lantower has to offer are some of the best I have personally seen in comparison to other Apartment communities. The pool area is stunning, 3 separate pools so when there is that perfect pool day and everyone wants to go it never feels to crowded. Plus corn hole and a pool table! The gym just got renovated, always clean and I've never once went there and saw a broken machine. Thank you so much to entire crew and Nita!

The community of people in this complex has always been friendly and helpful also so that makes day to day living a joy. I pass that along to any new neighbors I meet and keep the good vibes going. Multiple complaints have been made through resident portal tickets, phone calls, and in-person conversations with management about the unsanitary conditions around Building 5705 near the dog park, yet little to nothing has been done. The hallways and carpets are often covered in a buildup of pet waste, urine stains, spilled food, and other debris, creating a serious health and sanitation concern. Dog waste is regularly left throughout the community, sometimes for days. On my most recent visit, I witnessed a large pile of dog waste near the pool area that several maintenance staff walked or drove past without addressing. The community has a lot of potential, but the lack of accountability from both residents and management is disappointing. Prospective renters should take the time to walk around Building 5705 and other less-visible areas of the property rather than relying solely on the buildings shown during tours. At this point, the complex should invest in adding cameras in this area and rewarding tenants with $500 off their rent if they snitch on tenants who leave poop and throw up around the building. I hope this review receives more attention than the calls, visits, and maintenance requests that have gone unanswered. On top of the the maintenance staff that wear blue constantly do nothing. They ride around the golf carts having their conversations on blast or playing music and get paid to maintain nothing because they don't clean or maintain and they damn sure don't even take the time to raise the issues they witness to the office. The first year and a half weren't that bad. The place has declined in the last year or so. Stairwells and breezeways are filthy, paint peeling. Pool has black around the drains on the floor and green algae growing on the side walls. Complain to the office and they say "we have a pool company". They need a new one! The guys spends about 10 minutes when he is there. People/underage kids partying in the club room all hours of the night, with a ridiculous noise level. Tell the office about it and they tell you to call for the security officer when that happens. Call security...nothing. Call Pasco SO and they may eventually show up. I can't say I blame them, they have more pressing issues, I'm sure. And it was only the last year that I had to call security. Never had any trouble for the first year +. Non residents using pool, garbage compactor (breaks quite often), gym, and hanging out in the stairwells. They do not believe in preventive maintenance at all. Cheap fixes, that's it. I had maintenance at my place for Leaking faucets at least 4 or 5 times. 2 days later, leaking again and you pay for water. Anything you Advise the office of, results in Nothing! They hand you a line of crap just to get you out of the office. You can rent much nicer, newer places with many more amenities than what MAA has to offer.

They ignored my email of all the crazy damage my apartment came with. No hot water. Water heater needs to be fixed or replaced. Same with dishwasher. Washing machine doesn't clean clothes somehow? It comes out of the dryer still smelling dirty no matter how much sweet lavender scented detergent I use lol. Dishes come out dirty. Water backs up in the sink. Garbage disposal broken. Valet trash that I pay monthly for never works. Internet outages and random momentary power outages happen regularly. Something with the building wiring. Roaches. Cockroaches all the time everywhere. There's so many giant holes for them to crawl from. God, I didn't even name everything but I'll just include the pics i took when I first moved in. Now I have to move all my furniture out of my apartment so they can fix the floors, outlets that don't work, yes I checked and reset the breaker.

IF there is ever a maintanence need, this crew is fast and responsive (I'm talking you haven't even submitted the request before they are knocking on your door to fix it type of fast). This community is pet friendly with a cute dog park, as well as family friendly with a play ground and pool. I truly can not speak as highly about another community in this area.
