He made sure my personal belongings got shipped to me (I live out of state) and took photos of the damage. I decided to transfer title to him which he handled and documented carefully. We needed a tow for our car and spoke to Lifestyle Towing who let us know Nick would call us for…read morethe details. Nick called and after me describing the issues he said he has worked on Ford for many years and knows what's wrong with it. We let him work on our car, paid almost $400 and he didn't fix the problem that he promised would fix the car. He said he would come the next morning to figure out why it wasn't fixed and never showed up. Didn't call or text letting us know he wasn't coming, read receipts were turned on and he read my messages but didn't reply to our texts after he failed to show up. No call, no show. Called Lifestyle to ask about Nick and was told he would make sure we get taken care of. Still nothing. I spoke with Lifestyle and was told he would head our way at 1pm. That time came and went. Would not recommend this company to anyone since we were lied to by the owner and Nick. Obviously not a trustworthy company and especially not a trustworthy employee since their word doesn't mean anything. Stay away from Lifestyle Towing and especially Nick if he says he can work on your car. Vehicle repair is listed on the website saying if they can't fix a car on the spot, they will tow it where it can be repaired which I'm assuming is Nick's repair shop. STAY AWAY! Anyone affiliated with Nick when it comes to any service will be a waste of time and money and we would have called someone else to tow if we knew it would turn out this way, left without a working car that was serviced by Nick.
