They were a life saver. My inoperable car was in a King Soopers parking lot for 3 days as I unsuccessfully attempted more than once to get AAA to come help with replacing my car battery or towing the vehicle to dealer repair location. I needed to have a pickup truck towed and I didn't have the key to open the door so it could be shifted into neutral. In addition, there was a car park in front and behind it so it was pinned in. Have no fear because Matt (aka Kenny - on his shirt) had the skills to maneuver his truck and flatbed in between the parked car and the truck to load it up and haul it away. They got the job done in a timely manner. That being said, I was quoted $120 for a 10 mile tow. The tow ended up being less than 5 miles and I was still charged $109. So judging by that they have a hook up fee of $80. That fee alone is higher than two other quotes I received for the entire tow. Unfortunately, due to time constraints I had to go with these guys because I needed it done asap. While I was expecting it to cost a little bit more, I wasn't expecting nearly doubled the cost, since I wasn't given a quote for anything other than the 10 mile tow (and to be honest I didn't really ask for a quote on it). He was able to take my payment over the phone, which helps a lot especially with my busy schedule and my unavailability during the time the vehicle needed to be towed. I primarily went with this towing company because they were an advertised company on yelp, but if I were to do it over again I would probably take the time to find somebody a little bit less expensive. Another deciding factor was several reviews by other yelpers that stated that this was a an inexpensive tow company, which I just did not find to be true. read more

These guys helped turn an awful experience into a great one. During the last big snow, my car bit the dust and would not start. I was parked on a busy stretch of Broadway at a metered spot, so it was pretty important that I got my car back home. I called about every tow company in the book, I was told that it would be about 4 hrs before a truck would be available. Finally, I called up Integrity. They were absolutely professional and had a truck immediately available. The driver, Cody, was there quickly and was very nice. It's all too often that you get a driver that seems bothered by having to hook you up but Cody did it all with a smile on his face as the snow came down and the temperature was well below freezing. The clutch went out on my car this weekend, and I did a quick yelp search for towing companies and found Integrity. I wasn't sure if I should believe all the glowing reviews of super nice, friendly and helpful guys, but I was in a jam and didn't have any better ideas. I called and Jared gave me a fair quote ($85 to take the car and then $3.50 for each mile my car was towed) and apologized that he couldn't come get me right away. What?! What sort of tow company, or any service-based company, apologizes for anything EVER? We made plans which I repeatedly changed over the next hour and Jared didn't even flinch or complain once. He just happily went along with the flow of things and was very good about communicating when he was going to get to my car so that I could leave for a bit and then come back to meet with him. He was super efficient and competent. He picked me up with my car, dropped it off at my repair shop, and also dropped me off at home. Dispatch set an arrival expectation and Kenny even called when he was on his way to give us an ETA. As always, our car broke down in the middle of nowhere and in the middle of a big and growing worse snow storm. Using the word "integrity" as the name of the company is well chosen, because Robby demonstrated that he is a true professional who really cares about his customers. My wife called me just after I had cleared security at the airport as I was headed out of town on business. The "check engine" light had begun to flash, and the car was running very rough and then stopped. She had been down near Parker picking up our teenage son from one his first Lacrosse games an hour away from our home. To top it off, we have just moved to the Denver area, so I did not know anyone who could meet her and help get the car to the dealership. I researched available towing companies as quickly as I could from my smartphone. I found the yelp.com page for Integrity Towing, and was very impressed by the various stories/reviews. I called a couple of the towing companies, and Robby was the only one who gave me the impression that he was actually trustworthy. So for some reason I have a preconceived notion that all towing company's are unethical. Not these guys - quite the opposite. I had to have a fork lift moved from our old local to our new. After Yelping these guys seemed to be a good choice and was I ever correct. I called and set up an appointment to meet them but the problem was it was raining out and I didn't feel it was safe to load the huge forklift in the rain. So we communicated till the rain stopped and they promptly showed up. The driver was super nice and he even waited 10 minutes for me to get the lift ready. The price was also super fair.
