Therefore I was quite anxious and untrusting. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization. Carlos (service manger/owner), was courteous and professional. Michael (mechanic), took the time to show me the things that were wrong with my car and answer any questions or concerns I had. Carlos took pictures and drew up the estimate. The oil change was at…read morea good price after I have them my discount Coupon which I received in mail and the total bill with taxes became 31 dollars which is pretty reasonable for a truck .... The staff and specially the gentleman on the reception I forgot the name but he was a young kid was very helpful and he answered all my question with alot of patience .... The only issue I have with pep boys is they are super expensive if you wanna get some repairing work done as they told me my coolant thermostat is not working and I need to get it replaced and the part was only for 25.99 but the labor was 169/- ..... Which would sum upto 200 + with taxes ... So I didn't get it done
