sent my truck for alignment, on warranty after 2 months of previous alignment received a call…read moretelling me that all 4 suspension arms have to be replaced, that means that on 2 months my car that is a 4x4 truck that I drive 4 minutes to get to my work broke all 4 control arms, after that I proceed to go back to pick up my truck and when I got back to my work straight from the shop I noticed a huge dent on my hood, did not went back because I thought it was a local owned shop and they no answer to anybody and no care, after that I sent the truck to align to a local shop and after the car was aligned I asked the technician if there was anything wrong with the suspension and he told me that everything was fine, no satisfied with his answer I took the car to a friend of mine that is a mechanic and he also said that all are were on perfect condition, today I found out that is a big company and the shop is just one location that is why I am filing this complain, the car is right now perfectly align but every day the first thing that I see every morning is the huge dent on my hood that remains me the horrible experience
