They released the car to me several times without fixing mechanical issues (they released it several times with a broken axel, several times with a broken AC hose and once after they drained my coolant without refilling it) even after me complaining and bringing the car back, they never had the ability to identify or fix these issues. I had to do repairs out of my own pocket and time in addition to a trip to a better mechanic. I wasn't able to return my insurance provided rental car on time and this caused an extra bill. I would recommend steering clear of BJs.

Upon them having our car for a week, and no return phone calls on when the work was to be complete, the owner being disrespectful, we learned it wasn't a fluke. There were so many issues with the second repair, from the owners lack of communication to even threatening an extra tow charge (which we drove it there) since the husband had paid and picked up the keys and couldn't have someone help him pick it up until the next day.
