A colleague of mine originally recommended their shop after they restored his E30 M3, and I can see why. If you're looking for a BMW specialist who doesn't cut corners and follows factory repair procedures, this is the place. Tommy has worked on my 2001 BMW 330i, 2020 BMW M4, and 2023 BMW X5. I bring all three here for regular maintenance, including oil changes and brake replacements. Tommy also helped build my M4's S55 for higher performance while keeping reliability a priority. He installed a four-pin crank hub upgrade, upgraded turbocharger, and upgraded rod bearings. They've also handled major repairs for me, including a timing chain replacement, valve cover gasket, and oil pan gasket. It has now been ten days, and I still have not received a full written estimate or complete report. When I expressed frustration about the delay, I was told the final report/estimate had been deleted because it was assumed I no longer wanted it after picking up the car -- despite the fact that I was still charged the full amount. Communication throughout the process was very poor. I had to call repeatedly for updates and was consistently told the report and estimate were almost ready, yet nothing was delivered when promised. I was also surprised that, despite knowing the car had been sitting for several years, fuel quality was not checked until I specifically asked about it, which did not align with what I expected from a comprehensive inspection. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially given the cost, delay, and lack of clear communication. I wasted $700 and over a week of my time here and am taking the car elsewhere.
