My husband had to take his 1982 Corvette for a warranty repair for a transmission leak (the speedometer housing was leaking, again). It took them 5 weeks to finally get the $80 part in and repair it. When we got the car back, it was filthy on the inside and out. The carburetor definitely shows signs of a fire. They had the gall to say he needed a new carburetor because it wouldn't start. He told them the carb was almost brand new and nothing was wrong with it and they never mentioned it again. It was also a half tank of gas less than when it was dropped off. I won't even bring it back to have any of this corrected, I have no trust in this shop. Every time they said they would call me back with an answer, the literally never did. They showed me a picture of a very worn belt they took because I'm handicapped and can't get to their garage easily. They wanted $300 to put a new one on, so I bought a belt at the auto parts store. I had a Mobil mechanic come over and put the belt on for $125. He handed me the old belt when he was done and it was not in bad shape like the pic I was shown. Just wanted to drop a line to express how dissatisfied I am with your service. Less than a year ago my truck sputtered then died on a busy street. I called my usual mechanic and was told they wouldn't be able to look at it for at least a week. Your shop was my second call based upon public opinions I'd seen. Among other repairs, your shop replaced my fuel pump. About a month ago, my truck stalled out. I took it to my usual mechanic. They replaced my fuel pump. I called your shop because the repairs were still under warranty. Yes, I had the repairs at another shop. No, I really didn't expect you to honor the labor. However, I did expect the part to be reimbursed. Your shop manager told me that you couldn't reimburse me but could give me a replacement pump. I looked up the part number (below). My daughter took her Audi Q5 here as a result of a recommendation from discount tire because she needed an alignment and they supposedly had a sale. They charged her over $2500. We took the vehicle to Audi for an assessment after they "did the work" and discovered that they didn't even do the alignment properly and they used after market parts on her vehicle. The place seemed friendly at first, but that was deceiving at best. So if you plan to get repairs or services here, take it with a grain of salt. Initially, when I first called and asked if they do a certain service, they said no. When I asked again a few months later, they said yes. The transparency of their services is ridiculously nonexistent. Even their staff didn't even know and had to check with the owner. Here's a business tip: make a list of ALL services so that customers know what you can or cannot do. Not all mechanics and/or auto repair shops can do everything. Next, the owner failed to communicate with me whether they had finance and payment plan options for repairs since the beginning (spoil alert: they don't). The owner has poor listening skills and was a sleazy, patriarchal, egotistical, demanding businessman. The lack of respect with certain comments to me was unprofessional, and he didn't answer my questions fully (re: poor listening skills). After all the repairs, they informed me that they failed to put in something else in my car, but it shouldn't be a problem if I come back and they'll do it, they said. I'm giving it a few months and if my car has issues, it'll be on them. Otherwise, they definitely lost this customer after this ordeal. I would NOT recommend this place. read more

They did such a great job the first time I needed a repair that I went back for an oil change and four wheel alignment. Instead I had the worst customer service and repair experience! They made my alignment worse with the steering wheel facing left to go straight and pulling to the right! Then they hit me with a $95 repair bill the second time I bring it in because the first time the guy missed the need for adjustable camber bolts. When I pick it up the second time I get a picture taken with a smart phone of the final alignment because the printer isn't hooked up. I test drive it and go back because it still seems off. The owner Ricky tells me that I should rotate the tires. They're brand new tires! I tell him I'm having trouble believing him. He tells me to go elsewhere and ask somebody else. I tell him I will and I'm never coming back to this shop. He tells me "Good. We don't want your business!" Worst customer service experience ever! read more
