All of them have wonderful and friendly employees for starters! They have great food and awesome treats I can't live without. I always find either clothes or gifts there for me and my friends!! Every experience I've ever had there has been very positive.!! If you're in Texas within an hour or so of a Buc-ee's, "GO" experience it you won't regret it! The restrooms didn't disappoint however... We walked over to the breakfast sandwich area and not one biscuit, burrito or croissant, not one. The whole area was empty like it was shit down. Keep in mind it was 6am. We walked over to the pastry area where there were several people standing around. The lady at pastry yells over, you got any sandwiches ready? The guy lets out a sigh, reaches in a warming area under the counter and tosses up 6 biscuits and 6 burritos. He brings out a tray of croissants and starts putting them together like he's got all day. I literally had time to walk over to the clothes area, pick my niece out a buck-ee costume and walk back and the guy still hadn't wrapped one croissant sandwich. When he finally wrapped the first sandwich, my husband asked to take that one and the guy said, they'll be up on the hot bar I. A few minutes. The guy literally wrapped every single croissant sandwich and laid them on the counter next to him before putting even one on the hot bar. I don't know who was in charge of that morning shift but I'm guessing no one. Who knows how much business they lost and people they pissed off prior to 6am but I guess no one cared.

She is the only staff member I've had issues with. All the other staff members have always been kind and friendly. I often leave behind a few dollars or scratch tickets for them because it's refreshing in comparison to her behavior. I was in no way rude to her, she has had an attitude problem on more than one occasion and I asked her point blank yesterday why she always has and attitude with me when I come through, she was not mature enough for the direct question and literally beat on her own chest with bot hands saying " this ain't attitude, you want me to show you attitude, I can show you attitude.", I asked to speak with the manager at which time she beat on her own chest again and stated " I am the manager." She then gives my change back, throwing coins all over my car and says " don't come back here, I won't serve you. Keep in mind, I never raised my voice and never said a cuss word. I genuinely wanted to know why she was so nasty to me every single time I've encountered her at the window? All the other staff members have always been very sweet and helpful

Stocked (lightly) with enough options of grocery items, frozen foods, vitamins and health & beauty items. Found what we needed without going to HEB. As I was worried about grocery store check out speed. Quickly after a bit of search founds a box of Lipton tea and a bottle of Extra Strength Tylenol. Got the last box of tea. :) Hurray and back on the road for four hours!

Things happen. Today is June 11 2024. Last night I went in, bought 3 A&W root beers as they were out of 12 oz cans of Dr. Pepper. .79 cents a piece is what they cost. That equals 2.37 plus tax. I figured/assumed the young Hispanic lady got it right. Nope, she did not. I handed her a $20 bill. She gave me back $12.00 plus some change. I did not check it. I assumed it was right. Today I went back to get a DR. Pepper. I pulled out my wallet and was short a $5.00 bill. I talked to her about it. Explained I knew I would not get it back and that was my fault for not counting the change in the store. That on top of her attitude about it ensures I will never do business in that store again. And they know the register was $5.00 over. To the owner. Enjoy your $5.00. In my book, she stole $5.00 from me and she knows it. This was my go to store, right around the corner from my house. Not anymore. They will not let me give this store less than 1 star. I have been doing business at this store for at least 20 years. I am done.
