This is our first time coming. Today was pretty hot so we decided to stop by and treat the kids. The inside wasnt too busy and they did have a drive thru line of 3 cars but the time to get these 3 kinda took long. The restaurant had a good amount of tables inside but I Liked that they have a patio. The snow cones were great. Loved that the snow cone had that smooth ice and not that chunky kind and the flavor was good for both. The bomb pop had a small bomb pop in the snow cone which was cool and our gummy own had gummy bears on top and a lot at the bottom. One of the things I didn't like was the person on the registers attitude. I ordered 3 small snow cones but even if they were small they were still pretty big. The cup was a little to big for my 1 year old so I went and asked if I could just get a small cup or a bowl to give my 1 year old since she couldn't hold the cup without spilling. Weeeeell if you ever want to do that they charge you for a cup. So I didn't get the cup. I meeeeaaann I kinda get but still very inconvenient. Because I had to fight with a 1 year old the whole time. We were greeted when we first arrived by some nice ladies, we ordered 5 different things that arrived in minutes and everything was full of flavor! I really do recommend. I'm not sure how my snow cone turned out dry, but it did. Even after I knocked off the top, I still didn't get to a juicy part. We pulled over and I knocked another inch off the top and then waited for it to melt a bit to get it juicy. My snow cone tasted a little on the salty side, so mine ended up in the trash. On the plus side, the gal that took my order was extremely nice. It did, however, take quite a while to get my snow cone from the drive threw. We purchase from here a couple times a month, and the last few times the staff has been abrupt and the wait times are far beyond reasonable. Recently I waited 15 minutes at the speaker to place my order, with only one car in front of me. After pulling to the window I waited over 30 minutes to get my snocone and it was made wrong. First time here and this location was really nice and we had a really great experience. I ordered the wacky watermelon,my girlfriend got the crackling cotton candy, my daughter got the unicorn snow cone. They were so tasty and not artificially tasting at all. Not too sweet and just the right amount for the bucks. I 100% recommend this place!! The employee that was there was very informative and helpful to say the least. They also have games and activities to occupy you and your family while waiting or even just dining inside and eating whichever item you choose. They do get really busy at night time. Bahama Bucks is a genius franchise. Every location I've been to has always had the smoothest ice, and the best flavors compared to other sno-cone spots I've been to. Unfortunately the service is extremely slow at this location (even when it's not a ton of customers inside or in the drive thru), and surprisingly even slower when you order ahead online. Not sure if online orders are on a different system, but I have noticed patrons placing and receiving their orders well after the timeframe when my order should be ready. I will continue to support this location (when I have time to wait), but I do hope that they are able to find solid help and a better system to increase their turnaround times for all orders. read more

Had an excellent experience here on Sunday afternoon. We were headed back to Austin from an event in Dallas and were over warm and in need of something cool to enjoy. I'm a fan of Bahama Buck's, so we routed to this location. The drive-thru lane was looking long (as is pretty typical at Bahama Buck's!) so we parked to place our order inside where we could wait in A/C. =) The girl who took our order was friendly and bright, and she memorized our faces so that when each of our drinks was ready, she walked them directly out to us, rather than shouting our name at the counter. I thought this was a nice personal touch, above and beyond what's typically expected in this kind of industry/setting. The establishment was clean, including the bathrooms. The drinks are sweet but there's one weird caveat: anytime you "take care of business" the dye colors are so strong that all waste will be that color. The flier was sticky so I'm sure people spilled drinks and the employees simply need to mop to clean the area for others walking to keep your feet from becoming sticky on other surfaces. This place is the worst. Starbucks can kick out orders in Seconds. This place takes hours. I have been stuck in Line for over an hour for a freaking snow cone. I can't get out of line. The curbs are too tall or I would have bailed 30 minutes ago. Management needs to get a grip on this place before they lose it. The 5 star reviews have to be staff because there is no way in hell that any of them are true. For starters the kids in the line rather be on there own cell phones then take your order. On top of that... the first thing the kid said to me before he took my order was "I am too black to be outside" like skin color = work ethic.. Finally able to get in this place. Drive through always wrapped around building or long line at the door. Got there at 12:47pm; 5th car in line. They opened promptly at 1 pm today. Got to the window to pay and pick up goodies at 1:19pm(my clock had this time and after they wiped my bank card,the charge came immediately through), but the receipt had 1:04pm. Not a chance. If you cannot drive, please do not bring yourself here because you will have to be able to maneuver your vehicle around that corner drive through to the drive through window- right there as you turn that corner AND you have to watch for the entrance traffic coming into the lot as the entrance is right there as you are attempting to turn that corner to get to that puck up window . If you or the other driver aren't paying attention: potential crash! Be careful. They should've thought out the business / parking/ drive- thru/ entrance/ exit layout more thoroughly. It's hard to say I will be back since its always too congested with cars in drive- through wrapped around the business . There are 2 vacant business/ suites next door. The sno-cones were amazing!! However, I was disappointed with their cleaning process. They did not clean tables between customers. Also a customer left the store with a sno cone, came back in (I'm assuming something was wrong) and gave it back to the employees to fix the problem. The employees took the sno cone back that she had already eaten off of added more syrup and then gave it back to the customer. yuck! read more
