We ordered the vegetarian platter (which I highly recommend), the spinach and feta borek, and the combo grill. For drinks, orange juice and sangria, both of which is average. However, the two things that must be ordered here are the hummus with the warm pita bread and the spinach and feta borek. I could have continued eating that combination for a year. The hummus was so smooth, yet so flavorful it felt like butter and tasted like authentic hummus. The hummus, borek, and friendly staff make me give it four stars. The rest of the food, however, holds it back from five stars.

I dined on Sunday and just missed the 5pm deadline for Sunday Roasts (literally by 3 mins) and the manager didn't make the effort to try and accommodate us, I think they should extend this to 6pm on a Sunday as people eat at various times of the day and like to eat later. saying this though the food was fantastic and dessert was really scrumptious too. The staff were also very pleasant the whole place seemed to have a busy but relaxed atmosphere for a Sunday afternoon, the locals really know where to get a nice roast!. I've been here a couple of times with my girlfriend and it has been fantastic on each occasion. On the first visit we went for the 3 course set meal and every course was amazing, especially the lobster main (their weekly special at the time). Everything was cooked perfectly, and the staff have always been very polite and attentive. The place itself is quite small (but not cramped) and it has a very nice rustic charm to it, quite dark inside but that just adds to the nice romantic atmosphere. Downstairs from the restaurant is a small wine bar that also has a very good cocktail list (most of which are potent and very tasty!) It's a perfect place to have a nice relaxing drink after your meal. Everything was reasonably priced (especially their set menus). Definitely a place I will be going to again and again.

Managed to get a late table which for this time of year was a huge positive, when we arrived the restaurant was packed, no surprise there, so they suggested we get a drink at the bar. Normally this would probably have been ok but not on NYE. If you have never been to the downstairs bar it is worth a visit, however it can get packed and as it is small getting to the bar becomes a bit of a problem, so we decided to wait upstairs where there was slightly more standing room!! We did not have to wait too long for our table and once it was wiped we were seated. Being NYE they had a set menu which had a decent selection. I was slightly disappointed as they did not have my choice of starter :( So I had to change that option but not the end of the world. For a packed restaurant surprisingly they only had two waiters, so this did slow down the service, but they did a good job considering. The food was good and the atmosphere was very good the noise from the live band downstairs was on occasion a little intrusive but I could live with it. Some people did a countdown to the new year but the restaurant staff did not as they were to busy. An enjoyable NYE meal in a restaurant I will visit again.
