When we arrived we were seated right away but it was buzzing with locals and pick ups (good sign, right?!) We really enjoyed looking at all of the local memorabilia on the walls and our service was EXCELLENT! The woman that served our table was very friendly, upbeat, and knew exactly how to take care of her guests. Our food came out very quickly and we enjoyed all of it. We had the 12" thin crust pepperoni pizza and some garlic bread. Next time we'd like to try either the deep dish or some of the house special pizzas. I was pretty shocked to see that our total was over $45 for the 12" pizza, bread, and two drinks with tip. But really everything else made it worth it. And we got a slice of the most delicious almond cake on the way out for free - score!

7/5 stars...yes, it's that good!!…read more Dad was visiting in Lafayette, and wanted to try something new. Found this gem, listed as one of the best pizza places in Indiana, and I was NOT let down. Pros - Service- Our two waitresses who were working and helping all the tables were amazing! Friendly, joking, amazing. - Food- I order a personal meat (thin crust), app of breadsticks, and my Dad got the pepperoni pizza sandwich. All were amazing! Hot, fresh, tons of toppings, and very affordable. - Atmosphere- The atmosphere was great. Fun and had a few funny signs (see below). While this place is small, it is friendly, good, and we'll worth checking out, no matter where you are! Cons None

I took my son and daughter to Gerrie's today. It was our first time there…read more Each of us ordered a different Italian soda. I got the black raspberry, my son ordered almond vanilla, and my daughter had the prickly pear. They were all delicious! We had toasted ravioli and crab stuffed mushrooms as appetizers. Oh my god! Sooo GOOD!! Not to mention the awesome breadsticks! For entrees, we had the lobster ravioli, chicken Marsala, and the blackened chicken Alfredo. We all enjoyed our meal immensely. We were a little disappointed that they were out of cannolis, as that was the main reason we chose to go there, but they had cannoli cake... which was truly delightful. You can really tell that everything is made in house. The staff were very pleasant, and our waitress was very friendly and answered our many questions. The restaurant was clean and cozy. Two mild criticisms: *I wish I knew to ask for them to omit the sprinkles on top of the whipped cream on the Italian soda. It did make it pretty, but was odd when ending up in your mouth via straw. Maybe a light dusting of colored sugar would be better. *My chicken, while delicious, was a tad dry. I think it probably could've rested a little longer before slicing. Ultimately a great experience and excellent food!

Don't go. I have recommend this place to many, won't anymore not sure I will try to go here again,…read morewhich is sad, the food is great, but serve is lacking. Back in May when I went there for a Saturday lunch was seated right away, but took forever to get waited on. Then tonight meet family there from Terre Haute, walked in told a 30 minute wait, now there is 2 booth for 4 open, another corner table just needed cleaned that probably could seat 4 to 6 this is in lower lever. Then in the upper, there is a 2 topper I think, another 4 topper, and 2 6 toppers and another 6 topper came open. But still not seating people, I watch a gentleman that was alone not wait around and couple of 4 groups and couple 2 groups also end up leaving, we finally a group of 4 after waiting more then the 30 minutes. It is like the waitresses can only handle 1 table or group at a time. Sorry I work waitressing in a family own/ran establishment and you better be able to handle several and I many like 5 or 10 tables and large group at the same time. Never been so disappointed. Oh, did I mention we drive a good hour to go here.

I was very young and say mid 70s Indians moved to its current location. Not sure if many remember but it used to be a small carwash. My Grandparents decided to do the carryout pizza thing due to low overhead. Indians became my high school job from 86-88 until I left for the Army. My Grandma retired and closed the business but in 1992 my Uncle purchased it and ran it for many years until he sold it. Since Indians changed hands I had only been there once or twice but last night my wife came up with the idea to try Indians for something different and I am glad that we did. It was very good and I enjoyed the thin crust for my traditional Pepperoni , bacon and pineapple pizza. I like the changes made to the place and that have turned an old storage area into a small dining room. We will most certainly be back and it's nice to go back inside and remember all the good times there.

My older brother used to sing the praises of their Stromboli, so I am going to try one of those on my next cheat weekend.
