Easy access, and I was recommended by a hair dresser that only heard but never came. I came looking for permanent makeup for perhaps my eye brows. The place is very small and dark. It is more like a cluttered room that is separated by a salon spa chair. Right then and there I should have left but I waited. The one staff member was washing the pedicure tray as a customer was waiting along with me. After she was done, she then noticed me and I asked about the procedure. Her English was not very good but I figured the person in charge was not present. I showed her the photo from Yelp and asked if this was who she meant. She said yes. I stayed to look and read the materials in the waiting area, when I read and saw the examples of their work, decided to leave. The prices look very reasonable, enough to try. However, for me, the whole place and experience would not suit my taste. Instead it would make me hesitant about cleanliness and expertise. I would say to try going there, it may be your style. My expectations and standards are higher than what this could provide.

I went to Neli after 3 separate attempts of having microblading done at another provider. I did however believe that the permanent coloring of my brows via microblading should last more than 6 weeks. The previous provider kept advising me otherwise and did "touch ups" with the same not so great results. She insisted on a $50 deposit for an appointment the following - I gave her my card. She told me I would her my money back as long as I cancelled 24 before my appointment - once I got home and looked at what she planned to do I wasn't happy with the temporary outline so I called the next morning and cancelled. - she is refusing to give me my money back. That is terrible! I can't believe rather than make things right she took my money! I wasn't happy from the start - she took advantage of my kindness. Buyer beware. This is semi permanent make up.
